SAF FILES SCOTUS AMICUS BRIEF IN SUPPORT OF NRA 1st AMENDMENT SUIT

BELLEVUE, WA – The Second Modification Basis has filed an amicus transient with the U.S. Supreme Court docket in assist of the Nationwide Rifle Affiliation’s lawsuit in opposition to Maria Vullo, former Superintendent of the New York State Division of Monetary Providers, alleging she mis-used the facility of her workplace to hamper their advocacy actions by discouraging monetary establishments from doing enterprise with the group.
