thanks to the Colorado judges for literally 🎉SAVING DEMOCRACY 🎉by removing their political opponents off the ballot 😊😊😊
In what America are we living in that ANYONE regardless of if it's a state or the feds, can take away OUR RIGHTS to vote for our chosen candidate? The woke libs in Colorado are truly as unhinged as Jack Smith, that awful Fani woman and Biden and his goons.
Let's see if IAALS, founded by Colorado SC justice Kourlis, as the go to authority in transparency in judicial performance access to justice will be transparent about access to justice and judicial performance, at the forefront of judicial improvement. Stay tuned. The only thing I have noticed is lengthy papers that could all be titled 'It's good when good judges do good stuff', followed by self-congratulating themselves.
IAALS experts Jordan Singer, Danielle Kalil, Janet Drobinski,
I understand that you support transparency in judicial performance, as does the Colorado legislature in CRS 13-5.5-101, 107, and IAALS has the leading legal minds in the nation with profound changes to improve access to justice, to make the legal system supported by all.
Obviously the most transparent mechanism is for judges to be questioned directly on their performance in a judicial performance hearing.
Given that you are the go-to group for recommendations as to what works well in judicial performance, what do you think about my proposal to the Colorado performance commissions that I be allowed to question a judge directly on her orders, considering that her orders are in violation of CRS 13-5.5-107, and a violation of the code of judicial conduct?
Our judicial performance director Kent Wagner and my district chief oppose judges being directly questioned in performance hearings, and our discipline director Chris Gregory thinks judges signing their names to false statements by lawyers is not misconduct, and our SC clerk Cheryl Stevens has decided that if a pro se litigant doesn't pass her screening for the SC jurisdiction, she can keep the fee and dismiss the case.
What does the IAALS think?
Since opening its doors in 2006, IAALS has been at the forefront of efforts to improve and expand programs for evaluating the on-the-bench performance of judges, and we have earned a reputation as the “go to” group for research, recommendations, and practical assistance in the judicial performance evaluation (JPE) field.
Based on our extensive work in this area over the last decade, the research IAALS and others have conducted, and our interactions with JPE programs around the country through our JPE Working Group, we have learned much about what works well—and what does not work as well—in evaluating judges’ performance.
In 2016, we felt it was time to update the JPE blueprint we first offered in 2006 in our Transparent Courthouse publication. Transparent Courthouse Revisited: An Updated Blueprint for Judicial Performance Evaluation provides that update, offering a menu of recommended practices and tools for designing and implementing a judicial performance evaluation program that fosters legitimacy in the eyes of the public and the judges.
I love it!!!!!
Trump is not acceptable in this day and age, for the sake of this planet, for the good of any people…. for speaking his lies…He is not acceptable to be a COMMANDER in chief so help me GOD ……. Semper Fi Blake

meet the United States Constitution
To put a criminal or a person who has contributed or supported criminal acts on a ballot paper is to disregard democratic rules. In the case of the United States, the Republicans override their own U.S. Constitution. For a political party to do this is tantamount to having other rules of their own to go by. Thus, in the near future, criminals may run as eligible candidates to be elected at all levels within a state in the United States.
The REPUBLICAN PARTY will be voted out of office. We can't stop Trump but the Republican Party can be voted out in many states.😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
The Republican Party has never cared about the American people. It's rich and richer.
The United State Supreme Court is Trump because he's above the law.
The Supreme Court is what?
Colorado tries to claim Trump's off the ballot because of the Jan 6th riots, but he's neither been tried or convicted in court for any of that. The truth is … Co. kicked Trump off the ballot because Co. politicians know if elected, Trump will definitely move Space Command to Huntsville. Lots of $$$ at stake.

DENVER (AP) — Colorado’s secretary of state office says it mistakenly sent postcards to about 30,000 noncitizens encouraging them to register to vote, blaming the error on a database glitch related to the state’s list of residents with driver’s licenses.
The office of Democratic Secretary of State Jena Griswold insisted none of the noncitizens will be allowed to register to vote if they try.
The news comes at a time of widespread skepticism — often unfounded — of voting integrity following the 2020 presidential election and as Griswold, who has touted her role as a national advocate for secure elections, seeks reelection in the November midterms.

Colorado’s Republican Party chair, Kristi Burton Brown, condemned Griswold for the error, saying in a Monday statement that “Jena Griswold continues to make easily avoidable errors just before ballots go out” by mail on Oct. 17.
Griswold faces Republican Pam Anderson, a former suburban Denver clerk and head of the state’s county clerks association, who is a staunch advocate of Colorado’s all-mail voting system.
Griswold’s office said in a statement that the postcards were mailed Sept. 27. The error happened after department employees compared a list of names of 102,000 people provided by the Electronic Registration Information Center, a bipartisan, multistate organization devoted to voter registration, to a database of Colorado residents issued driver’s licenses.
That Department of Revenue driver’s license list includes residents issued special licenses for people who are not U.S. citizens. But it didn’t include formatting information that normally would have allowed the Department of State to eliminate those names before the mailers went out, Griswold’s office said Monday.
The incident is under investigation, it said. Colorado Public Radio News first reported the error.

Colorado is among at least 18 states, along with the District of Columbia, that issue driver’s licenses to non-U.S. citizens, according to the National Council on State Legislatures. Colorado also automatically registers eligible voters when they obtain their driver’s license from the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Griswold’s office said it was unaware that anyone who received the postcards in error had tried to register.
It is sending notices to the roughly 30,000 people who aren’t citizens but who mistakenly received the postcards. And it is applying several efforts to prevent or reject anyone not eligible to vote from registering, including comparing Social Security Numbers required for each application, on a daily basis. County clerks also will refer suspect cases to local district attorneys for review.
Sean Morales-Doyle, director of the Voting Rights Program at the Brennan Center for Justice, said the fact that the mistake was caught shows the system is working.
“It should show, first of all, that mistakes can happen, but secondly that there are checks in place to make sure mistakes don’t result in disaster,” Morales-Doyle said. “It’s not good this happened. It appears to be a case of human error and a database error and not some conspiracy, which I think some critics would seize on.”
Morales-Doyle said there have been very few incidents of noncitizens attempting to register in the U.S. because the consequences are so severe — up to and including deportation.
The Electronic Registration Information Center, known as ERIC, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving U.S. voter rolls and encouraging registrations. Some 33 states and the District of Colombia belong to the group. Under its contract with ERIC, Colorado sends a mailing to eligible residents encouraging them to register each election cycle.
The Colorado postcards, in English and Spanish, specify that residents must be U.S. citizens and at least 18 years old to register. They tell recipients how to register but are not a registration form.

This story has been corrected to show the postcards were mailed Sept. 27, not Sept. 7.
I vacationed in Colorado this past summer- What a shame they have turned into – come on Colorado let’s get it together
Take a look at Colorado State Flag! Thats all you need to know
❤❤❤
Its all liz and her fathers fault!
How the F is this even legal?!!!! You can’t tell me who I can and can’t vote for!!!!
We need trump in office. Biden hasn’t done one good thing in office my god we won’t have a country soon if he don’t get back in there. Open borders Biden is burning our country down. Inflation, sending our money to other countries. Ridiculous our country is in a scary time right now.
NO CONVICTIONS" is not a debate or vague legal principle.
That is not a Supreme Court Matter, of State Officials abuse of power & falsely convicting a person to punish them. They are also criminally interfering with the Federal election.
Colorado Supreme Court doest even have the jurisdiction to try such a matter
• not only taking place out of jurisdiction
•but acting independently from the other states.
Because thats not new legal theory
It's criminal malfeasance by government officials.
It's too politically corrupt to not be referred to the DOJ concerning fraud against the US Supreme Court and other crimes.
Hahaha even tho he hasn’t been charged with insurrection. Do all you can Dems to manipulate the results once again…
Please read these two (2) articles (links below) from the top two (2) "Republican" legal Constitutional scholars in the nation. Judge Luttig and Professor Laurence Tribe. I think they have better insight than most.
Article 1: ‘The Opposite of Politics’: A Conservative Legal Scholar Says Kicking Trump Off the Ballot Is ‘Unassailable’
Article 2: What it means to say that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment is self-executing
So remember kids: If you really want to be president, you shouldn't present yourself as a lying, cheating, career criminal. Also, don't send a mob to the capitol to try to overturn election results. 🇺🇸
No Matter what they tried to hurt trump always win won
Hey I have a question to the group. Open discussion. Please let's not be mean to each other. QUESTION: If Trump does win and then he says he wants to run for a third term, would you say he could if the people want vote for him (let the people decided) OR would you say he is ineligible under the U.S. Constitution, (22nd Amendment) to run for that office again since he has already served two (2) terms.
Don't vote for the major party
We see the nasees do they think we are blind? He will go down as a political marter for America. These people have gone to far .
I applaud Colorado for upholding the 14th amendment and doing what was right. Pray the US Constitution is upheld and the US Supreme Court upholds the 14th amendment nationwide to prohibit Trump from ever running again nationwide.
Tell me its not a witch hunt 😂 dude hasnt been president for three years and they are still talking about trump non-stop. The corruption runs deep with democrats. Its the American right to vote for whos on the ballot not for the government not to give a unfair election. Sounds like the red states need to take biden off their ballots 😂 for treason to our southern border😅
This administration has to go!!!! This is wrong. People want Trump!!!!!!
Removing a leading candidate from the ballot in the name of preserving "democracy", because a handful of elites don't trust the general electorate to vote the way they like.. This is not "democracy".

Nobody is surprised "In the 2020 presidential election, Colorado was considered a safe blue state. Joe Biden handily won Colorado with over 55% of the vote by a margin of more than 13% over Donald Trump. In the 2020 state elections, Democrats retained their majorities in the state House and Senate."
It's not behavior it's charged, you fools no one was charged with insurection
Write him in, if you are true American's
We are the new Venezuela. He has not been convicted of Insurection, so justice. We are F'd
From the day he was elected president they have been trying everything to try and railroad him out of politics at a certain point you got ask what is the real reason behind their motivates if trump was a Democrat would they still be goingbafter him or if obama had done the same things they are charging him with would theybhave done same to obama
No more democracy in the US! The principal candidate to win the elections is banned by the democratic and corporate crooks, no different than Maduro banning or putting in jail his competitors. The US lost it's economic leadership to China and loosing its freedom and democracy now.
9 0 reversal
Honestly this really should have been in federal court. It looks extremely partisan that blue state Supreme Court disqualified a leading gop candidate.
We'll vote anyway!!!
COLORADO CHICANOS FOR TRUMP!!!
Na na na na,
Na na na na,
Hey hey…
Good bye..!
If only the dems worked this hard for their constituents, the us would be great.
SOOOO, we're going to allow the STATES to decide who you can, or cannot, vote for?? Even if 99% of the state is against a candidate, since you cannot vote outside of your state, then can the STATE not be charged with disenfranchising and denying 1% of their CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO VOTE FOR THEIR CANDIDATE. (I am not a fan of Trump, but this is absolutely WRONG!!) I mean Hillary Clinton had a 40 yr history of one felonious criminal activity after another, and was embroiled in one AT THE TIME of the 2016 election–and I'll bet those who AGREE with this State overreach, VOTED for her anyway.
You have a RIGHT to vote–or NOT VOTE –for a candidate! You do not have the right to put out ONE man, (like other banana republics) and say–Vote for him–or not! Am I in RUSSIA?
And no one sees a problem with this?! Do you not realize that this is something that can backfire big time? I say get rid of BOTH TRUMP and BIDEN for this election.
Institute: TERM LIMITS,
AGE LIMITS (35-72 ),
CITIZENSHIP LIMITS (2nd generation AMERICAN or more for "Federal" positions,)
WHY ARE THESE POLITICS AGAINST WE THE PEOPLE….. TRUMP IS OUR VOICE MEXICANS FOR TRUMP
I am 73. But I am telling you younger generation that you need to protest this ruling with a vengeance. This a first step toward a full dictatorship where your vote will not matter if you even get to vote at all. Many states could follow if this rule stands. Not because of Trump, but because they are taking your votes out of your hands. Fight for your freedoms to vote for your representatives, or your freedoms will be lost.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the election interference that the CO SC engaging in, a form of insurrection? Are they not disqualifying themselves from holding office while at the same time, practically handing the presidency to Trump on a silver platter
There are different types of court proceedings. Example: Civil, Criminal, Administrative, Bond, etc.. (1) Civil typically involves equity (money) – This type of trial can have a Jury or No Jury; (2) Criminal typically involves fines, jail time and/or probation. – It too can have a Jury or No Jury; (3) Administrative typically involves issues of fact and only a judge can render a decision on a complaint. Both sides present evidence and a judge makes a ruling. Example: A hospital petitioning a local zoning board for permission to rezone land. It kinda like a bond hearing or arraignment hearing. No Jury. Just a judge.
Due process relates to a person be "deprived of life, liberty or property” without proper notice and the right to be heard. The Colorado case was basically an administrative hearing to determine “eligibility” under the US. Constitution to run for President. Not guilty or innocent. That why Trump is not in jail over the ruling. It was just a finding of fact regarding “eligibility”. Both sides presented evidence in court and the judge made a ruling. The ruling does not deprived Trump of life, liberty or property. You can disqualify someone for being under age or foreign born without a conviction, it is merely a finding of fact.
Arnold Schwarzenegger (a very popular person) can't run for President of the United States because as he is NOT a naturalized citizen. Barack Obama served two terms as president. Under the U.S. Constitution, he is ineligible to run for that office again. Eligibility requirements are established in different sections of the US Constitution. Doesn’t matter how many voters would want Obama to run and would vote for him. A person has to be eligible FIRST. The courts did not create the US Constitution but the do have to interpret the meaning of a law and abided by it.
Lastly, you don’t need Congress to pass a law to say a person that is not 35 years old is not eligible to run. It’s already in the U.S. Constitution. Also, Congress does not need to pass a law regarding insurrection. It’s already in the U.S. Constitution. We need to stop saying it’s not fair or the system is corrupt because it does not go the way we like. We need to stop with the complaint of judges being in one party or the other. You cannot say we believe in the 2nd Amendment but not the 14th Amendment. It’s not political. It’s just the law.
