DeSantis and Haley should withdraw from the Colorado GOP primary ballot until Trump’s name is restored on the Colorado ballot. For insurrection there must be a criminal trial in which a prosecutor accuses someone of criminal acts against the state. It was a trial initiated by 6 people who challenged Trump's right to be on the ballot.

No one asked him to determine if it was an insurrection or not. The case in Colorado is the same as in Minnesota and other states. In all of them, the question arises whether Trump is on the ballot or not.
