I don't know that I love the housing thing. It's not that it's a bad idea, but why would anyone buy anything Biden's selling at this point after Gaza and Student Debt? Make no mistake, I'm voting blue down the line, but if you're already peeling away for a third party, I don't know that promises about making rent come down is going to be the thing that brings you back. Student Debt would have been an immediate win and something that softened nearly everyone's economic situation. He didn't deliver. As for Israel/Gaza, this is beyond the pale insane, and he's just wagging his finger at Netanyahu, who doesn't give a fuck.
I mean, sure, talk some game about housing if you must, but I think the Democrats have to run on how manifestly evil Republican's are. There's less of a case for Democrats, who as always are pathetic, and more of a case against Republican's, who are hell-beasts. Sorry but Biden just doesn't have any lead in the pencil, Fetterman has flat out betrayed his base, Menendez is a fucking crook…Democrats aren't going to win anything on their laurels here. Unless you're hammering abortion and that kind of thing, things are bleak for Dem's in '24.

I saw a clip where Biden was asked about Gaza. He said it was a tragedy, like it was some kind of natural disaster that nothing could be done about. It was unbelievable, he could have stopped Israel at the very beginning, or anytime that he wanted to. But instead, he has financed Israel and blocked every attempt by the UN to stop Israel. Biden must think the American people are unaware of the complicity of the US and the control of the US government by AIPAC.
Forget 2024, Biden needs to resign now.
Biden and the US administration are a joke, and only good for a laugh at this point. But of course, the countries in the middle east are not laughing, far from it. Israel's genocide, mass murdering, and total destruction in Gaza continues. It will take years to repair the damage he has done to America. Even Trump could not have done more to destabilize the middle east and increase the possibility of a major war braking out. It is clear, that Israel would like to push the US into a war with Iran.
Biden is giving the school bully brass knuckles and reminding everyone: "he's DEFENDING himself, and move along."
Don't forget that there is a further part of section 3 that says, "but congress may by a vote of two thirds of each house, remove such disability." I mention this part because of the objection that the ability to hold office should be left to the people, This process to remove the disability seems to address this concern by giving congress which is elected by the people a method of overturning the restriction.
