Your justice system needs to go back to law school. Where’s the evidence. Your judges are corrupt just like your politicians the fbi and cia. The whole country needs to be cleaned up from corruption not just the deep state.

Andrew Johnson pardoned the Confederates Soldiers. Accepting pardon = admission of guilt (Burdick v. USA). Trump hasn’t been pardoned (by himself or Biden) or convicted in a court yet. As such, the 14th section 3 disability DOES NOT apply. Should his jury find him guilty or if he accepts a pardon, then the disability DOES apply.

I think the supreme court needs to consider all of trumps actions surrounding the election. Jan 6th wasn't the only part of the insurrection. Lying constantly to his voters, the fake electors plot, calling governors to "find votes" and pissibg off a huge crowd then throwing them at the capital telling them they have to "fight like hell"….it is allllllll a part of the insurrection.

Emily- I don't understand your political stance. You're so milquetoast. There is NO QUESTION that this would provide definitive support in any Conservative assertion that the 2024 election was either stolen or that there absolutely was interference.

The insurrection the Democrats are crying about is just like the China allegations from back in 2016. About 5% Truth and 95% made up. The Protests on January 6th were Legal. Now that we have Video we have seen Rubber Bullets being shot into the Crowds. This is considered an attack and provocation to the protesters. So everything about January 6th has been blown out of proportion and is being as an excuse to rig this Election.
You have also seen many of the Cases brought against Trump since January 6th. Specifically Targeting him then after they start looking for the Crimes they can try to pin on him.
Ultimately this is not about just the election. It is about power and the Power that the so called Elites hold. Trump is a threat to that power. He encourages others to continue to be that threat to those power structures. Those power structures that have been corrupted will fall.

Wait wait wait wait wait….did Ryan say at 1:50 that Democrats objected to the 2016 election of Donald Trump and wanted to have electors NOT follow the popular vote of each state? OH MY…..i thought that what Trump is "Guilty" of in the 2020 election

If Trump is guilty of a crime, and he very well may be, then it should go through the court system before he gets disqualified. If he aided an insurrection, then he should be charged for that and put to a jury of his peers. I despise Trump and view him mainly as a skilled con artist who is unsuitable for office. Even so, this is not the way to get him out of the race. The thing that pisses me off, is that many J6 protestors have had their day in Court and been sentenced. If Trump commited crimes on J6 then he should have already been prosecuted and either found not guilty, and put this behind us, or convicted of a felony and been disqualified anyway.

i’m shocked! i had no idea ryan could sound remotely reasonable. i still think there is a long way to go, but credit where credit is due. i think most (51%) of what he said it’s at least slightly valid. they need to be a little more willing to unequivocally call out the democrats for their bs, but baby steps will still get you there

Every one has the right to due process, even Trump. He has not been convicted of any insurrection/sedition charge. This is plain right unconstitutional. Colorado has NO jurisdiction on Federal matters. People who support this are too far gone in party politics, this is a no brainier.

Democrats, by and large, actually have the law on their side, and actual evidence to back up their claims. MAGA Republicans are simply making up non-existent "evidence" for crackpot legal fishing expeditions. As such, these ARE NOT equivalent. Democratic prosecutions are legally grounded and backed by evidence, Republican retaliation is mostly just that, retaliation, with no factual/evidentiary basis or legal footing.

No Ryan, they can't throw a president in prison immediately. One, they had no momentum to do so because lots of blame to go around and plenty of cover. Two, that would cause serious violence and insurgency. So gtfo with your "raw power" fantasies.
