There should not be ANY argument AGAINST taking trump off the ballot.
THEY DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT PERIOD !! Again, they are saying he is GUILTY BEFORE any evidence or trial or PROOF.
And Proof is not, what the media tells you to think. It must be shown, he had intent to over throw the government – NOT JUST VOICE HIS OPINION OF FRAUD !

The 14th Amendment doesn’t require conviction because it was adopted after the Civil War. It applied to thousands of Southerners. To require conviction would have made the Amendment mute.

All quiet here right ???. . . Even the NEW YORK TIMES EDITORIAL declared that the SUPREME COURT should reverse the Colorado case by 9-0 and that Mr. Akerman is wrong in telling you that when this case gets to the Supreme Court that all the "Conservatives will have no where to go" because on the "merits" of the case they will have to agree with Colorado's Court. . .

Just amazing how Bloomberg. . . pulls Mr. Akerman out of Mothballs and declares him as some sort of an expert in Law and he gets it totally wrong and you all believe him.
He Advocates taking away rights from a US Citizen WITHOUT DUE PROCESS and because it is Donald Trump. . . .Why Not ???

The difference between MY SIDE and YOUR SIDE is that MY SIDE has thinkers like myself in that if this case were about Joe Biden or Barack Obama I would be declaring that the "Florida Court" has NO RIGHT to ban either of them from a presidential ballot WITHOUT DUE PROCESS.

This is what is WRONG with America. People Like Mr. Akerman are political HACKS passing themselves off as UNBIASED EXPERTS.

If he CLEARLY engaged in an insurrection after telling people to go to the capitol peacefully, where they ran into some trouble making agent provocateurs like Ray Epps, then why hasn’t one single person arrested for what happened that day been charged with engaging in insurrection. The video evidence that the J6 committee tried to bury and hide from the people is now out there and tells a whole different story than the ones the democrats are spinning. If no one has been charged with insurrection, then that means there was NO insurrection. This decision is BULLSHIT! The SCOTUS will make short work of it with a majority 9-0 decision.

That Jack Smith must be pretty dumb. He hasnt charged Trump with insurrection when it is so easy to find him guilty of it. The Colorado Supreme Court and all the demoncrat pundits have determined that this crime is proven with no dues process or contested reliable evidence, which is required for conviction of any other crime in our jurisprudence system. What will be said when this gets reversed 9-0 by the Supreme Court. I predict nothing, just on to new fake legal issues or Trump being Hitler reincarnated. It is so sad that a few americans actually believe your crap while the pundits and legal experts actually know my prediction is the likely outcome. All for your politics and dam the thruth. Sad you live that way.

This guy is lying through his teeth. There isn't one conservative lawyer saying Colorado is correct. More propaganda.
It is also up to Congress by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such an act, not a court.

The Supreme Court doesn't need Trump. In fact, they would be more secure if he were rendered powerless.

Unfortunately. And I respect your channel. Its completely false information when was he convinced? When was he charged with insurrection,?
Who decides what insurrection is? And whos guilty of it??
This is your rights and freedom going down the drain. Guilty until proven innocent.

I cannot believe that anyone holding a law degree would support the Colorado decision. Just read the 14th amendment. Section 3 provides that “No person shall be a senator, or representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military under the United States, or under any State….” Read Section 3 carefully. It does not refer to the President, but only to Senators, representatives, electors, civil servants, and members of the military. Second, keep in mind that in our Republic, the state has a due process requirement prior to depriving any “person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” Clearly, the Colorado Supreme Court has failed in its obligation to provide Donald Trump the basic rights afforded all citizens of this country.

Now, if you’re reading this and saying just another MAGA supporter, think again. I DO NOT support Donald Trump, but I do support our Constitution and this Naziesk decision is dead on arrival at SCOTUS. I would also ask that the Left please stop giving this man oxygen. All your well-intended actions are doing nothing but assuring Donald Trump the nomination. And ultimately the Presidency again because you have nothing but Joe Biden.

The SCOTUS should dismiss every case against Trump, criminal and Civil and then discipline all those involved for abusing the Justice system to get in court what you cannot win at the ballot.

What if the Supreme Court just rules that January 6th was not an insurrection but a protest that got out of hand. I mean do you think all those people went down there to over throw the Government. Name an insurrection where most people show up unarmed and the police let them in the building.

According to the Republicans, the 14th amendment does not affect the president, according to them only minor charges, so what would be the sentence for the outgoing president if he orders an insurrection to continue in power? I ask, does the 14th amendment have any clause that says that This amendment cannot be applied to the outgoing president. A person who has led a rebellion to maintain power could not apply for senator, but he could apply for president, which is the highest office in the country. The question is, is the 14th Amendment intended for use only in the revolution, or is it a law that remains active today? If it is not active today, we want to know where it says it, and if not, why can't it be applied today? to a former president who incited a rebellion, to hinder the outcome of the elections. If the 14th amendment does not affect the president, could Biden incite a rebellion and remain in power without consequences???

You don’t have to be convicted to be judged guilty? Hmmm? And he got 74 million votes, many of whom, maybe most, believe the election was stolen from him. Which is better, some type of rebellion, or an obviously fair election?
