Mr Javedkarji, can you just reply two questions, 1) parading women naked, then raped and killed at Manipur, that was an incident never happened in Indian History. So , elected members wanted a statement by PM in the parliament, was it undemocratic? Was he not supposed to make a statement? , 2) somebody intruded in the parliament, when it was functioning, and used smoke bombs etc, was it not a serious issue? Had they used poisonous gas, entire MPs, including Ministers and Speaker himself would have perished, luckily it did not happen. When such a serious breach of security happened, Is asking for a statement from HM is undemocratic? Then what is the duty of MPs, ?
