Don’t forget that the majority of the Justices in the top court lean towards the Federalist Society too, except Clarence Thomas. The rest of the Justices are democratic and will rule against Trump.

We must always remember that Article 14 section three of the United States Constitution not only deals with a government office holder that has rebelled and caused an Insurrection against the Constitution,, But also is clearly stated given—'Aid and Comfort',, To all that were involved in Insurrection,, Trump clearly aided and comforted the violent Insurrectioners by stirring them into the attack on the government and then he deliberately did nothing for about 2 hours to stop their violence–that is aiding them,, then when he did speak to them he said he—'loves them' (comforted them).
