I checked it out and it does say that he can't not run , it's in the Constitution and the news is saying it in the nice way but it says if committed treason against the United States so yeah that's what he did on January 6th he did committ treason when he tried to over throw the presidency of the United States of America with a riot that he started with all lies
So a group of judges has decided that the people of Colorado don’t have the right to vote for whoever they want to, regardless of their history. An appalling decision which I would be against if it was any candidate of any party. Voter suppression at its best!

And don't think you can just write him in. Write in candidates have to, first of all- be eligible and file all the proper paperwork by the deadline. A non-eligible person cannot do that.
As a disillusioned voter I once wrote in Mickey Mouse. It didn't count, of course. It was just my way of easing my own frustration with the lack of choices.
A non-eligable write in will only take votes away from possible winners.
