    Opposition is mostly suspended. minimum 10 percent quorum is required in either house of parliament for meeting until parliament by law provides otherwise. so there are ruling party MPs in the house. why they even bother to introduce these bills in parliament. just issue an ordinance by presidential order. there are no debates, no public views, no experts, nothing…Ruling party minister will come tell this is the law and you have to follow this otherwise you are anti-national. this is new democracy.
