FYI: a college class received permission to count the ballots from the State of Florida. The professor and the majority of the class were Gore supporters. Their result was Bush over Gore by 53 votes, with hundreds of ballots being disputable.
So are you saying you think Trump did not participate in an insurrection? As far as I can tel this would be the only reason to dissent. An argument of “applying the law as written would create a constitutional crisis” seems dubious unless you are asserting that Trump did not provide aid or comfort to or participate in an insurrection.
Just a Floridian construction worker here, so I am probably silly to assume that the law has clear intentions based on specific vocabulary used.
I guess I shouldn’t expect different from a court that sees words like “a well regulated militia…” and decides those words have no meaning or context.
In this and your subjective reading of constitutional provisions, one could reasonably come to the conclusion that ALL law is subjective.

Trump sat on his hands and refused to stop the attack on our government. He is disqualified per our Constitution. He refused to stop the insurrection, even if he covered his tracks enough to not get lingered directly.
He gave the finger to our Constitution by refusing to accept the results of over 60 court cases. He refused to stop the mob on J6. He refused to go to the inauguration. He talks shit nonstop about our nation.
Besides the fact that he's a convicted sexual predator and a convicted business fraud, stole top secret documents and refused to give them back. Not to mention his in office treason siding w Putin over our intelligence agencies, grossly mishandling Covid and using his office for financial gain.

He counts on Americans being illiterate or under educated, misinformed, emotional who refuse to read documents.
