We now confront a career criminal, slithering and "dancing" through various legal procedures, with impunity. Correct me if I’m wrong please, but Trump has been indicted 4 times in different states, and for 91 crimes. When someone has indictments against them, they are disqualified from presidency period and he won’t be allowed to walk in the White House. Trump won’t be able to get back in the White House. Keeping trump on the ballot assures a victory for Biden. Taking trump off the ballot will allow people to relax and vote for who they really want to vote for. But that's not the issue. Either he helped incite an insurrection and gave aid and comfort to those who did, or he did not. If he did, he's not eligible, just like if he was not born in the USA, he would not be eligible.
