Isn't it interesting that Section 3 Amendment 14 only applies to those who have already taken an oath of office? All of those found guilty of insurrection on Jan 6th are eligible to run for office, as they have not taken an oath of office previously. What a ridiculous irony!
"Each State has its own rules. Each State has its own system." – that wraps up the election process in the US completely. Depending on where you live, your options and access to vote for the President and Federal Govt are different. How on earth do you call that a democracy? Shouldn't a democracy be that all US citizens have the same opportunities, access and laws to vote? Don't complain now that different States are doing different things regarding the 14th Amendment. It was created to be this way.

Hello dear friends, Actually, The Supreme Court doesn’t have any jurisdiction here at all, so don’t let them take up the case! The writers of the constitution gave Donald Trump or a candidate that was disqualified for age or not being a nationalized citizen a remedy for his or her disability! The remedy is written in the third section of the 14th amendment! If you’re interested, go, read it! What I’m saying here is that the writers of our constitution in this instance under this law, didn’t trust the courts to make a decision! So they left it up to 2/3 vote of both houses of Congress to come to a final decision!; nevertheless, I’m sure disgraced-Clarence Thomas and his lovely wife won’t be able to keep their hands off it!

Why should the Supreme Court have to decide if Trump is eligible. Shouldn't Maine, Colorado and the other Fascist Democrat controlled states have to prove that Trump is ineligible? This is going to be a 50/50 on how they could rule. 3 liberal judges will rule in favor of removing Trump. 2 right wing judges (Alito, Thomas) will rule to keep Trump. Then you have 4 moderate judges remaining.
Roberts will vote to remove Trump if the argument is sound and feels like a 50/50 call to remove him. Roberts does not like Trump and won’t be biased to rule in favor of him.
Kavanaugh is the next most likely to rule in favor of removing Trump. Kavanaugh is an extremely moderate Judge no matter what MSM says (because MSM is biased radically to the left and isn’t honest). Kavanaugh is easily influenced by Roberts and could easily be swayed by Roberts arguments to remove Trump of Roberts leans that direction.
What a shame they have to get involved in everything because of Democrats ! Yet the continue to try to blame everyone else. They are sick ! And in the end he gets more backing voters and thank you Dems he will be our 2024 winner.
