Obama gave a similar speech during the George Floyd riots saying a peaceful protest but added that they need to change the laws. 3. An insurrection would ultimately require army and tanks and guns. These Jan 6 protestors were unarmed 4. Of you look at the Jan 6 tapes you will see peaceful people protesting until the police started firing rubber bullets, concision grenades and smoke bombs into the peaceful crowd and yes they started pushing forward to gain cover and protection from being assaulted for no reason by the police. 5. Trump never asked for a riot or an upbringing but instead a peaceful Patient Protest.

2) the president has zero authority over the national guard. Governors are the commander & chief of the national guard. PLUS DC is not a state and hence has no national guard

I'm sorry but Trump had no authority to call in the National Guard. In fact days before the 6th he made it known that the Guard was on standby and ready to aid local authorities in providing security for the capital upon Pelosi's request. I have a hard time believing you are not aware of this fact. If you were unaware then why are you being presented to the viewers as someone knowledgeable on the subject.

The fact that everyone should watch the videos that the Republican party released in the Democrat party did not want them to release cuz it shows people being led in and out. Barriers moved by Capitol Police and nothing happening inside or out until the back half or the other side. Capital police were firing rubber bullets and throwing smoke grenades and in parts you can hear somebody in the background of the police dating. Keep on firing. This needs to be done in the fact that multiple people said it was and would have been peaceful if they were not feeling threatened for their life. The people that were there when the capital police started firing and throwing grenades to smoke grenades. It shows peaceful protesters with plastic shrapnel in their mouth in their skin. Injured by it in multiple people said this is and would have been a peaceful protest if they would not have attacked us. And the fact that you could actually hear people saying they were with antifa and black lives matter and there were some Democrat influencers in the crowd and a whole lot more, some Democrat officials
Donald j. Trump did activate the national guard and the Democrats being in charge of the house are in charge of activating the national guard for the capitol which they did not. Nancy pelosi and a lot of other Democrats in the house wrote letters stating that they did not need the national guard and would not use them
If Jack Smith would actually look at and all these judges would look at the 14th amendment section 5. It would prove that they are actually doing something illegally. You're making it like the 14th amendment. They are misconstruing it and using it to go after trim when you also have the fourth and 5th section of the 14th amendment which clearly states that only the capital house and Senate can determine guilt. It is not left to the states or it is not made or right for the states to go after political rival
