I would further respectfully submit the impeachment process has been strictly construed by the Constitution and prior precedent not to be construed or implied to be a quasi civil or criminal proceeding and is exclusively limited to the issue of removal from the office of President.

Trump is a coward, grifter and a flight risk. There is no way he will accept incarceration. He'll get on his private jet and fly to a country where there is no extradition like Dubai that also has wealth, real estate development and golf courses. In cases where a person under inditement is considered an extreme flight risk, judges can order pretrial detention, keeping the individual in custody until their trial concludes. This is what SHOUL be done ASAP.

I do find it very comforting to hear you guys break it down. I’m stuck in a red state, and it’s terrifying here. The people at the bank won’t talk to me about my accounts, only my husband.
