At SCOTUS, there are two cases. One is Trump has the total immunity, which means that Trump acknowledged his wrongdoing. The other is Trump did not do anything wrong and he can be on the ballot in Colorado. He and his lawyers cannot establish the two contradictory claims at the same time in the same court. Even Trump appointed SCOTUS judges cannot legitimize both of such two claims in Trump's favor.
