It sounds like a cognitive dissonance teaching. Who was the teachers of those pr@test&rs ? What ever they think is the guilty party, they should have clear arguments and have a discussion in classrooms before. Just rich kids without any guidance on being civilized. They should have a clear knowledge about the university rules in mind to dream of it and guidance to obey the law. Laws and rules must come first for a righter reasoning of the facts.
It’s a gap of values my children learned at home and I have to rethink about sending them to any of those institutions. It’ll better to stay in a private university here in Brazil!

Professor Hoven is the usual liberal with a silly answer. The Presidents were specifically asked about "calls for genocide" meaning that a group is being addressed not one person like her ridiculous example. Maybe she should be reprimanded for not listening and remembering properly. That would get her a poor mark at university.
