Here is your answer, Rep. Walberg. Ever hear of the Supreme Court case of Brandenburg v. Ohio? No? Brandenburg was a KKK leader who at a KKK rally called for violence against blacks and Jews. He was arrested and convicted and sentenced to 10 years in prison. The Supreme Court overturned his conviction saying the government cannot punish inflammatory speech unless that speech is "directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite or produce such action". So calls for violence against Jews is protected speech under the conditions stated by the Supreme Court. Any other questions? Where were you educated, anyway??
