Jack Smith has no legal authority. He was Illegally appointed. Can you explain the Special Counsel statue? All this for nothing. Address that!

It doesn't matter what people believe. People believe a lot of things. Trump told the people to peacefully & patriotically let your vioces be heard. Trump isn't responsible for what people believe!

Oh yeah don't forget the state that is ran by a Democrat s ahead of their own children. They took over a school to put illegal immigrants in illegal aliens instead of teaching our children. That's how much Democrats care about our children

Trump is the only member of the Republican Party who is not an absolute coward. Trump exploits that cowardice because he’s been emboldened by years of no accountability.

As we now know, president-directed Seal Team Six assassination of his opponent in an election, according to Trump's lawyers, is not a bridge too far. He argues it is within his official acts outer edge unless perhaps he is impeached and convicted first. The House and Senate did not have time to complete through conviction the impeachment process for all crimes committed by Trump in public and those known in January 2021 let alone those uncovered over the past three years with legitimate and convincing corroborating evidence.

McConnell could have supported barring Trump from any office in the future since removal was moot by the time the Senate acted on the impeachment from the House! They should have taken the criminal immunity question to the Supreme Court in Jan 2021 before the country was again inflicted by the Trump sickness?

The United States Government, I have said it before. We need to grow some balls, tell Donald Trump. That is it for you. No more games. You will not be President. You will be prosecuted for all your crimes also. That’s what needs to happen so Americans can heal from this decade of Trump.

I just saw where Trump told his lawyer to say he has immunity since he is leading in the polls…Doesn't Trump understand that he committed many serious crimes, and they had nothing to do with being president, but a traitor…On another note it was Mitch who says that Trump did break the law, but did nothing to stop him.
If only Mitch had done the right thing, Trump would never be allowed to run for any office, but Mitch is spineless.

Has anybody else noticed the huge increase in Trump biased shorts. I wish these people would take off their blinkers and take a long unbiased view. I'm from UK and find myself horrified that an insurrectionists, fraudster sex offender is being considered, let alone leading candidate for a republican party that has lost it's way and has only one mantra, Power at ANY cost as they seek to steal your democracy and basic human rights. That a Conservative Court can judge the hypocritical oath means less than their authoritative no abortion even at risk of your death.
I'm sad for the USA. Praying you get the president you deserve and not that criminal.

Straight up lies. Congress found him not guilty of insurrection. Congress is the only authority with the power to charge a president for actions during his tenure.
Some two bit judge trying to derail the campaign of a presidential candidate has none of these rights and is simply playing politics. She doesn’t want him to go to jail. She wants him yo be off the ballot. That’s election interference.

I have read the USA 💞 constitution 14th amendment Mitch McConnell the only honest truth he said since he been in office. What Mitch McConnell is telling trump what the union USA 💞 constitution law's says it's not hard to understand it's in black 🖤 and white 🤍. Also Mitch McConnell knows trump is disqualified and can be thrown in prison for treason. Lol

Something McConnell fails to mention in his speech is that conviction of impeachment not only removes someone from office but also prevents them from holding office again. He and the Senate failed in this.

Lately President Biden has been more aggressive in his criticism of Trump. I am glad he has. And he has brought up some points that need to be heard. I appreciate the candor. My hope is that people are listening. Of course the cult doesn’t care about what Biden says, but there are people like us who will be more engaged and do the right thing if they think about the reality of the situation. Trump is the threat. Not Biden. Vote Blue 💙🇺🇸
