I don’t care what other so called experts say about gun cartridge markings, I’m a gunsmith and did my own tests on new cartridges on two of the same make and model of weapons and the markings looked pretty similar on both cartridges from two separate weapons of the same make (under microscope). I don’t believe it’s an exact science.
To the live comment asking why people want to “free Rick” and stating the Judge did nothing wrong- I personally believe Rick is involved. I simultaneously believe Judge Gull violated Rick’s sixth amendment rights. The two are not mutually exclusive. EVERY person deserves a fair trial which includes appropriate hearings and protocol. Judge Gull essentially threatened the attorneys (read transcript). All she had to do was follow procedure to have them removed. The entire system has failed Rick and the victims.
This was a great hearing. I really love when SC justices hear cases and we can listen to the questions they ask. There were excellent points made on both sides and this really complicated as hell with serious implications either way.
Richard Allen isn't charged with these girls murders! He's charged with Felony Murder! That's kidnapping them, which ultimately led to their deaths! The prosecution & the LE have stated that their may be others involved. They haven't yet to this day stated differently, so yep, it could be Odinist who killed them, or even someone else, but the LE & prosecution aren't charging RA with their murders, so the defense can say that anyone killed them all they want to, just to throw people off, but do realize murder isn't on trial here! They determined & charged Richard Allen as being the one who kidnapped those 2 girls ! The defense attorneys will say & or make up anything to defend their client. for the Oct19th hearing, was it Judge gull that called Rozzi and Baldwin into the meeting? from the transcript Rozzi is recorded saying "Well, I'm the one that kind of asked to huddle up" indicating they initiated the meeting, then verbally withdrew. which means the Oct19th hearing did not proceed at the intervention of the defense lawyers. In the supreme court hearing Leeman presented a narrative the judge called the defense into chambers. It would be a different situation had Oct19 hearing proceeded, Judges concerns would have been discussed in this hearing. Manipulation by the defense ?

The FBI behavioral analysis unit also said the crime scene shows evidence of a Norse ritualistic-ish killing. Also, the new appointed lawyers (Jude G's boys) seem to believe in the odinist angle. Do we know ‘for sure’ the exact wording Rick used in the call to wife ? For example, if he said something like “I FEEL like I’ve gotten those two killed” or “I wonder, am I crazy ? Did I actually do this and don’t recall ?” (Something like that), as opposed to “Yup, 100% I did it all !” — I only ask cause exact phrasing could be important in final court proceedings ?
The idea that Rick did this by himself is ludacris. Anyone who has been in prison knows gaurds are among the most sadistic people on the planet. That's part of the reason they go into the job. If you are being abused in prison and the guards tell you confess to a crime you didn't commit, and the abuse will stop and your family will be safe, 90% of people are going to say whatever needs to be said to make the abuse stop. Hi, I work with people who have been diagnosed with schizophrenia. 1) if I were looking for a diagnosis, my first port of call would be a psychiatrist, rather than an attorney. I noticed his previous defence has not backed up their allegations with a statement from a professional, in spite of the fact RA has been seen by mental health personnel in the meantime. So I take that as an off handed comment, used for dramatic effect. 2) there is such a thing as late onset schizophrenia but, again, I am waiting for statements from a psychiatrist. 3) a diagnosis takes a long time (months of consistently bizzare behaviour, sometimes even longer), acting weird for a couple of days because you got what appears like bad news is hardly sufficient, even if his defence were competent to make a call.
