this guy just rambles on and-on-and repeats things over and over. I only occasionally lesson to his postings because they are seldom clear and easy information. He only needs to say one time what a CIPA is. I understand that it is exciting to report on Trump's goofs, but I turn off my mind from listening to him repeating himself over and over again.

I fail to see why it is (in truth) important for the defendent to see the actual classified documents at all for this case. The content itself s not really relevant to the case. It is the government's (not the defendent's ) characterization of the classification of the documents at the time of the abscondance [sic] that really matters. But I guess the answer is that the law is a ass. Sigh.

My God, Judge Cannon’s incompetence gets more glaring by the day. To be a Federal judge & not have the basic grasp of something like CIPA is atrocious & embarrassing, not to mention so dangerous for national security. She should be removed from the bench all together.

Cannon is corrupt
I agree Cannon is learning on the job but she is also obviously beyond corrupt but in this instance what she is doing is buying Treasonous Trump time, she’s trying to add nonsense like this and many other things into the mix of things so she can try to push out the trial date until after the election. She doesn’t deserve the title judge so all she get is Cannon, watching Cannon get away with what she’s doing should shatter a huge part of our trust in the judicial system, how others within the judicial system can just sit there silently and not call Cannon out is just unbelievable or those justices/justice above her with authority and power over her can just sit idle by and she destroys Americans faith in the judicial system is criminal in its own right. Whether Cannon is just absolutely and disgustingly the most corrupt judge we’ve ever seen in real-time or whether she is the most ignorant, incompetent, unqualified and unintelligent judge we’ve ever seen one can argue that’s open to debate but whichever one or both are true it doesn’t matter because those within the judicial system and/or her superiors should have stood up and spoken out or done something a long time ago, instead they sit idly by and crush the very last tiny bit of trust left that some Americans barely still had
