This was a good one. Worthy of second watch.
A swat team is probably there for exigent circumstances?
Even from a phony call…sigh
❤😂😂 knock…..before a search warrant 😮😮
Cops where pounding on my door I told them to leave they said no I called the cops and said I was scared people where pounding on my door and wouldn't leave they said it's the police I said I know they don't have a warrant tell them to get the f off my porch 😅
The cops came, I opened the door,he claimed I attacked someone, my witness said no, I told him get away and tried to close the door,he put his foot in the crack and they pulled me out of the doorway and took me to jail and the DA didn't accept the charges that was initially accused of but after taking me away they got a search warrant…they wrote that the officer that went in didn't have a body cam but everyone else did…I stayed in jail 7months and they forced me to take a plea deal after I continued writing the Attorney Disciplinary Board against my Public Defender… what do I do
When the power was out due to a storm, the neighbors across the street called the police thinking that I had broken into my own house (I was working in another city, but came back to check on the house since my cameras weren't working.) Could the cops claim exigent circumstances?
"innocence proves nothing" – Police
Cops are bullies with a gun. They have no compassion or concerns for the citizens they are hired to protect.
That doesn't make sense, if they enter your property with out your permission or
a warrant, they are breaking into your house, plane and simple. You have the rite to
defend yourself and your property. Three ways to come in, warrant, your permission or probable cause. Otherwise it has to be assumed they are entering in under malicious intent. You made that sound like double-standard.
This is true SOMETIMES, I've gotten out of an underage drinking by just being honest with the cops and they let my friends and I go.
If what you say is true it is wrong for the police to be trained to abuse your rights government should be held accountable
Super amazing video and info
I bought 3 ring doorbells, not for criminals, but to protect me from the police. Welcome to the NEW America now.
The real criminals are the police and they can no longer cant be trusted or respected. I can't help but roll my eyes when I see their silly costume now.
A copy of the Warrant is to be provided to the person, so as to be sure it exists. Otherwise they have no Warrant. It's a lie.
Aussies have security screen doors front and rear . Noone is coming in.
what if there was a problem next door and police come to your door looking for clues or perhaps doorbell cam? I'd love to help my neighbor but I don't wanna answer the door for police.
dumb video, he never goes into not answering the door. don't answer, don't talk, put headphones on and close your eyes and whatever happens let it roll. turn on your video recording device and practice meditation. thumbs down for not actually talking about not answering the door. they kick the door, they bang, they break what they can, just keep a video on them and put up a sign that says, audio and video recording is taking place, entering the premise implies consent to be recorded. breaking and entering will be prosecuted. I believe in 'stand your ground' if violence is used and there is the opportunity for me to be physically harmed, all perps will leave in a body bag. I made that sign up and had it hanging up so that every one that came in saw it…one day the cops came knocking and it shocked them, I was so used to it being there, I laughed. He also doesn't mention being inside an enclosed screened area, if that is considered inside the home. He isn't thinking clearly when he makes these videos.

1:58 you should never lose your rights by stepping outside your house. What you meant to say is the cop will violate your rights with no remorse if you step outside. They are morphing our rights by their perceived authority by policy or practice.
Believe me if they have a warrant they are not asking you to open the doors
You don't lose your constitutional rights just because you step outside. This guy is just a liar.
1:13 attorney being dishonest.
3.16 An arrest warrant isn't a search warrant. Are you sure you are correct on this?
What a sick society you live in. Unthinkable in the EU,
How about red flag invasions at 3 am?
Great video! Curious, how about apt managers that knock on your door to ask something, or a desire to hand u a paper that needs signed etc. Do u have to answer the door? I ask, since our manager will knock forever until u come to the door, even though he has a phone number, ability to text info needed. This has led to a few big arguments . My point become..oh, so if I'm right in the middle of a bath or sex, u require that I stop everything to answer the door! Ironic, I don't have to open a door to a cop, but if a manager knocks etc. Anyone's thoughts? Yes, the manager is like one of the brain dead characters in the movie fargo!
If you open the door that is an invitation to come in. There is no way you are getting them out once you open the door.
It's funny. The threshold of your home is the barrier that protects you. When it should be your private property that they're actually walking on in the first place.
you want to know how to talk to a cop who comes to your front door watch Ogden Police Attempt to Challenge Citizen's Rights Without a Warrant they give the exact wording every cop should hear and honestly the speaker is one of the loveliest people on the earth
My son was facing 34 years in prison, with no violence & no prior, for simply going down on his friend with benefits, after dating a new girl. That 'friend' said he raped her, changed her story multiple times, and the only 'evidence' they had, was my son saying that he did go down on her. That was their only 'evidence' & 2 other cops there couldn't believe that he was being arrested, for simply performing for his lover, that came over with no panties on, & stayed the night, of her own accord.
