All Federal gun law authority is based on the Interstate Commerce Clause. The ATF's proposed rulemaking mentioned in this video grossly expands the definition of "engaged in the business." Given the recent Bruen Second Amendment decision and the upcoming Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo decision (that will overturn Chevron v. Natural Resources Defense Council, and end Chevron deference), there is no way that this absurd executive branch redefinition can pass constitutional muster. An intrastate sale of a used gun between two private parties who are residents of the same state is not interstate commerce! What is really needed is for the Supreme Court to overturn the insanely statist 1942 Wickard v. Filburn decision and reduce the scope of defined interstate commerce. They should then declare both the National Firearms Act of 1934 and the Gun Control Act of 1968 unconstitutional.
l bought a shadow systems cr920 g43x clone and it was HORRIBLE. The grip was painful to shoot. Felt the glock 43x and it felt meh. I ordered a Psa Micro Dagger. And instantly fell in love. They knocked it out of the park. That grip is amazing. I hope it has the reliability that a glock does. It’s so comfortable

I know he and I joke about the spouse part of the story, as many do but spouses of military members, veterans, ect, suffer too.
Respect to this mans wife, who stood behind him through the military, college, and the ups and downs of starting and owning a company that our own government and other citizens actively fight against. This is what God created marriage for. A LIFE partner.

How can he say freedom over profit when you can buy a full size dagger frame for $59 but the dagger micro frame is $99 if you can find it in stock? I understand supply and demand but it seems like they are keeping the supply low so the demand stays high along with prices.

Man I’m stoked about PSA. First I found Tacticon, which is in line with the same principles of PSA, and now they have the new modular shotgun and bolt gun on object going. These people are for the people! I don’t own one yet, but PSA will likely be my next 3 gun purchases.

I remember buying a "scratch and dent" pa-10 a few years ago at a gun shop and the only issue was the bolt catch didn't work correctly and i fixed it with a Dremel tool.
I was blown away at the price everyone else wanted $500 more for ar-10's.
I now understand why.

Another factor that he didn’t even mention about their price point is middlemen. When a company produces a gun, they send it to distributors who send it to dealers and everyone is trying to get their biggest piece of that pie. PSA doesn’t have middlemen, it’s straight from the factory to the consumer cutting out all that cost in the middle.
