Shall not means shall not. Laughable how this panel hand waives this massive problem. House Impeached Trump in an obvious partisan boat race to a vote. The US Senate promptly threw it out. Not guilty. Acquitted.

“Judgment in cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office … but the party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to law.”
    — Article I, section 9, U.S. Constitution

Guess what happens next. SHALL NOT means SHALL NOT. Game over.

We have a Supreme Court that literally reads the constitution as it was written. They do not treat it like this leftist panel who believes the constitution is a gender-fluid document that means what they feel it means.

You can’t keep prosecuting the President over and over and over. Case closed.

And on Civil case…Nixon…President is immune. Case closed. Supreme Court is not going to kick to THE curb more binding precedent. Especially when SHALL NOT means SHALL NOT.

How do these deluded attorneys not understand how this Court operates. There is a new Sheriff in town. And it’s called the US Constitution. We no longer decode what we feel the result should be and then write whatever we can to get to that result. You want different, amend the constitution…if you can find enough people to support your views.
