The Feds are not enforcing present immigration law. Texas is doing what the have as a constitutional duty to do – protect its citizens, a duty that the federal government is refusing to do at the peril of their citizens. Their motive is neither compassion nor in the interest of Americans. It is to flood this country with illegal immigrants who they hope will vote Democrat, and they don’t even care if they are legal citizens or not.

I have a solution for Texas: Move the barricades back about 100 feet from the edge of the border. That will become a state problem and the feds will have the 100 foot pathway to 'patrol' the border. No gates or pathways into the state except for the port of entries. Let's be clear: SCOTUS have betrayed We the People and their Oath of Office. If they continue down a blatant partial favoriting route instead of being IMPARTIAL then they'll be facing a lot of trouble ahead.
