The SCOTUS hearing on CO not wanting him on the ballot seems or it sounds like from what the general news is stating, they are not standing by the people of CO. Unbelievable. ??? The 14th Amendment section 3 said office of the United States, how can the President of the United States not be the highest office in this country?
I have zero faith in this Supreme Court. How is Clarence Thomas still on SCOTUS with all his documented instances of taking large amounts of money & then ruling for them in their cases (bribery?). Also, committing federal violations by not disclosing any of this on financial disclosure forms. And then lets look at his wife grifting on SCOTUS access & being closely involved with Jan 6th attack on our country & constitution. This court is political & corrupt, by Republican design (Thanks Mitch).

I have times where I still wish I had gone to law school. I would have stayed close to home near Boston. Instead I went to San Antonio. The impeachment judgment clause argument, if successful, would have bestowed upon a US president or former president a level of criminal due process not afforded any other US citizen. IF Trump sends Seal Team 6 to murder, he says he must first be impeached and convicted BEFORE he can face trial for murder, whereas John Q. Citizen accused of murder doesn't enjoy the same due process of first being impeached before facing criminal trial.
I do not buy anything George Conway says. How can you be married to such a renowned Trump apologist and liar and not address it?
