Where was Olberman's outrage when A leaked Supreme Court decision sparked protesters to close the street around the homes of Justices? A federal statute prohibits “picketing or parading” with the “intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty.” Violation of this law can lead to a fine or imprisonment for less than a year, or both. Nobody was ever arrested or prosecuted. There's an obvious double standard as the left lurches from one expediency to the next.
