Repatriation tax is good. Democrats all get mad saying trump cut taxes. It’s like Obama moved interest rates to zero for years letting the rich borrow for free or get paid to borrow if you include inflation. Obama basically did a wealth transfer bigger than trump.

Google bill gates and 30 billion evaded in taxes in Puerto Rico. Taxing income regardless of repatriation seems more fair than tax havens and etc. especially considering how big corporations and banks will always be bailed out because the federal reserve is privately owned.

If we really cared about workers though we’d abolish the federal reserve, not save Wall Street and use gold and silver. If we would stop bailing out Wall Street you’d see wealth inequality shrink a lot. It’s what the free market does when there’s no government backed monopolies. Most rich people lose it or their families lose it by the second or third generation. The Rockefeller’s are an exemption cause the system they use and that they helped start the federal reserve so they have influence still. It’s about control not necessarily about ownership that way you can avoid taxes. JFKs family used trusts like that

The problem here is when you get double tax or even Triple Tax on things that you buy and own. If you buy a house your taxed when you purchase it you pay a yearly tax on the property when you sell the property you pay a tax. I think the Political Criminals that hold public office overreached they're greedy hands with the taxes. All this boils down to is the power of greed and corruption in the highest to forms. Look this is how bad taxation gets and how overreaching of charging people becomes an overreach of Political Criminals who hold public office in Philadelphia when you pay your water bill you pay for rainwater that lands on your roof and runs down on the ground. It is so unbelievable how much taxes they actually over tax people every year and every day this is how these Political Criminals get rich. This will all happen until Americans get together and decide they have had enough and when that happens Americans will finally be free of the political corruption

That was some of the worst sound I've heard from a news report
It was easier to hear the people in the back of the court than the judge, why wasn't there a microphone on the bench?

You heard it straight from the horse's mouth. Democrats and the government are coming after everything you own. You will own nothing and be happy about it.

Congress shall not make any law that violates the constitutional rights of citizens. The labor tax is a violation therefore no and void

2 things i hate . 1) the " supreme court" ability to fudge and move things along without ever setting clear guidelines simultaneously refusing to hear uncomfortable cases because to actually hear and set boundries would make them more disliked and or they feel thst they might be legislating from the bench . So our country goes along unclear on many a thing . And 2) any form of government allowing the congress or IRS to tax its citizens into oblivion ultimately turning us into surfs/ slaves !!!!! Both thing are and should be hateful to all Americans!!!!

If this goes through then there is nothing a person own which cannot be expropriated by the government without compensation, which seems to violate the constitution.

this is proof that: the tax-code is intentionally, a litany of self-contradictions so as to confound everyone, and the Courts, specifically, thereby perpetuating, or at least postponing, the discovery of the crime of labor-time-theft which constitutes the scheme of 'Income Tax.'

Congress can tax people just for existing. Interesting comment by the Solicitor General. Surprisingly the Justices didn't push back on that at all. Do we live in the world?

I believe the reality is that it appears that these "rules" they are talking about are related to a contract status under the IRC, which is "United States person." Congress has plenary power of property the United States OWNS. It doesn't have unlimited power over everyone in America. The revelation at the end of the Government's argument about MRT being an excise is telling. It seems like they are revealing that the United States person is a privileged "Status" that one can choose each year for a certain "bundle of benefits" that Congress grants. As such it seems that the Status in effect makes the taxpayer and their income "property" of the United States and that Congress can therefore make "needful rules and regs" over its property under the U.S. Con 4:3:2.
