Despite all the shenanigans from the reactionary Supreme Court, having been put in place by Trump, it is a sign of hope that these obviously biased people still come up (albeit rarely) with some ethical judgements.
Trump should be pleased that the appeals court decided that presidents DON'T have absolute immunity because …… if they had ruled that presidents had absolute immunity then Biden would have nothing stopping him from ordering Seal Team 6 to assassinate Trump … well nothing to stop him except the one thing that Trump has never had, ethics.
The Supreme Court does not have jurisdiction to restore Donald Trump to the ballot. That is reserved for the Congress per the provisions of the 14th amendment. As for removing Donald Trump from the ballot, that is automatic since he broke his oath of office and has been adjudicated an insurrectionist. "But we WANT him on the ballot," whine his base. In other words they want to be represented by a liar and a cheat, someone who will use violence to achieve his end.

Two of the problems with the Mueller investigation are 1) Barr totally mischaracterized Mueller's report and hid it for weeks. 2) Good Ole Merrick Garland never deigned to prosecute Stinky for the 10 obstruction charges detailed in the report.
