If a state legislature claims the presidential elections were so corrupted, then their own elections on the same ballot is suspect. Then they cannot be the ones to determine the outcomes of the elections.

An excellent model legislative economic Bill to write our U.S. Congressman or Senator to fix the deficit and reduce inflation is – Uncle Sam shall award all citizens, native American indians, and permanent residents $50,000 in a complete sum after 30 months of full time work, part time work and approved verifiable volunteer work included in the sum total, whenever the citizen is ready to purchase a home. 🌲 πŸ‘©β€πŸŒΎ On a continuous basis from the start – All citizens, native american indians, and permanent residents shall be granted and awarded $125,000 in a complete sum after 100 months of full time work, part time work and approved verifiable volunteer work included in the sum total. People here in the U.S. on work visa's shall be awarded $40,000 after the 100 months of work, unless becoming permanent resident or citizen during this time period, therefore will be awarded the full amount.
On a continuous basis from the start – All citizens, native American indians, and permanent residents shall be granted and awarded $250,000 in a complete sum after 200 months of full time work, part time work and approved verifiable volunteer work included in the sum total, whether collecting social security or not. People here in the U.S. on work visa's shall be awarded $80,000 after the 200 months of work, unless becoming permanent resident or citizen during this time period, therefore will be awarded full amount.
People who fall short of the required work months due to a long term disability or injury, shall be awarded a pro-rated amount equivalent to the number of months spent on the job.
Company owners operating a business shall be awarded double or up to seven times the dollar amount, according to the number of months running their business establishment, and the size of the company or company's, after the 100 and 200 months on the job, respectively.
In addition to a regular work schedule – Uncle Sam shall award people who work in seasonal industries and work projects, such as agricultural harvesting, housing and building construction, communications installation and repair, electrical grid, circus industry, etc….. and must move their place of residency or location of residence after each season or project, will be awarded $750 per-month on the job, and paid in a lump sum at the completion of each work season or work project, at a maximum of 15 years.
In addition to a regular work schedule – Uncle Sam shall award people of who'm their job or company requires them to work away from their hometown and residence for 20 days or more per-month, on a regular basis, such as the oil industry, commercial transportation industry, sales or the medical field, etc…… will be awarded $750 per-month on the job, and paid in a lump sum at the completion of each fiscal year, at a maximum of 15 years.
The printing and distribution of money is warranted and validated by labor, production, goods or services for society. The taxes are used for welfare items and purposes.
Now the citizen or resident can create and open a business if they choose, serving their city and also making tax revenue for the country. πŸ‘· πŸ‘©β€πŸ”§ πŸŒ„ 🌴 Along with the Bill –
A Constitutional Amendment for a maximum limitation on taxation of the citizen of 10% excluding social security. No more than 3% federal income tax on taxable income after deductions. LLC and corporate tax eliminated. No more than 3% state sales tax and/or state income tax combined, including all retail, wholesale, and toll roads. No more than 4% local taxes – town/city/county combined. Homeowner and business property tax, structure and the land its on outlawed. A significant limitation on housing and building permits cost. Inheritance tax outlawed. πŸ€— πŸ‘©β€πŸŽ“ 😘 πŸ’«

The Supreme court is so indebted to trump that their only course of action is some delay tactics, that way they don’t get on the wrong side of comrade trump.

So in a time when no information moved faster than a horse or a clipper ship, these educated products of an aristocracy invented a democracy for a people unused to doing anything 'nationally,' spread thinly over 1500 miles, & came up with a several step plan roping state capitals into it. ( Preferencing states with land area, many slave, but few voters, i.e. half the authors.) Now we're stuck with the less popular candidate having an even chance of winning, and the fiction of 'red states' & 'blue states' when all states have blue cities and red hinterland. I'd love for my D vote to 'count' in LA, a Republican's in NY should, too. But I am glad vote counting is spread out over every county, so it's hard to fake (see: Russia).

Two points: AZ, NV and GA are the most questionable of the battleground states. However, Joe can lose all of those electors and still remain president. Why? Because MI, PA and WI will stay blue as will all the other blue states of 2020, and with their electors, that's a majority of electoral votes.
Point 2: Wisconsin's and Arizona's governors are Democrats. Any slate of electors put forth by the election board OR legislature must be signed off by the Governor. Georgia's Gov Kemp is an R, but he so far has been an honest broker about the 2020 election and the workings of Raffesberger, also an R, who is still the head of elections in Georgia.

Maybe it's time to eliminate the Electoral College; make each vote count and determine who is elected; ban gerrymandering and base representatives on a state's population and have those candidates represent the entire state in their campaigns…just pondering here.

The Electoral College keeps the majority under the tyranny of the minority
A true democracy elects presidents by popular vote.
