The Colorado State Court trialed Donald J. Trump for the Crime of Insurrection and found him Guilty.
The Colorado's Highest Court held an appeal session and found Trump ineligible to run for Office. Constitution Amendment 14 Section 3 is SELF EXECUTING. This Congress is not likely to remove any Constitutional self executing Order in order to allow Trump to run for any government office.
Since the States run according to the Constitution their elections, the Supreme Court has to abide by the Constitution.
Otherwise, the Supreme Court would be in complete violation of the Constitution and the Justices voting to allow Trump on the ballot will be opening themselves to Impeachment by the House and Conviction by the Senate.
If the Republicans are willing to work on regaining their party from the un-American Trump (Trump worships Putin, and all dictators and oppressors), they need to work with the Democrats in order to remove those Justices who violate the Constitution.

Saying the Supreme Court 'hears arguments' is a joke. More like they cut them off and did not want to 'hear' any of it. Minds already made up.

While everyone is so fixated on Section 3, they conveniently ignore Section 5 that says Congress is the one empowered with enforcement of the provisions of the Amendment. Last I checked, Congress enforcement means passing legislation. We have the insurrection statute on the books, yet he hasn't even been charged with anything resembling insurrection or rebellion. They are simply trying to do an end run around the legal system because they know they have nothing else.

It’s interesting how people in the comments are adamantly calling Trump an insurrectionist and citing “Moral” reasons. We have seen large protesting groups attack Jews based on their identity which was directly called to “Fight back” by a US elected senator! There was no backlash. Before this we heard several politicians including attorney general Willis, directly calling protesters to “Attack” and “Smash” Trump.
We have seen DIRECT calls to violence by US elected officials, but instead we heavily focus on a protesting group of idiots who happened to like Trump for whatever reason. If you keep up these efforts attacking him, logically you MUST confront the other instances.
