What is the IQ of this guy? Straw man arguments from someone who says he has argued before SCOTUS? The obvious answer to not letting Colorado or some states decide is to have SCOTUS do their job and interpret the Constitution (you know, the document that 1.3 million service men and women have died to protect?) An intelligent 10 year old could probably decide if someone is 35 years or older, and whether they are a natural born citizen. So we need someone smarter than a 10 year old to decide on this rare situation. So SCOTUS should dig deep and find the guts to do their job!!!

The last election the popular vote was won by biden with 6 million+ votes. The electoral college votes were close Biden won a few states by 11,000 votes some by 15,000 votes so had he got a few thousand votes less he could of lost despite garnering 6 million votes more than Trump. That is ridiculous. So its the few swing states that matter and all other states don't matter. Not a good system.
They should just change the constitution to make it that the president is elected by popular vote. That is the fairest, and it will be a true reflection of the vote.

No The law is clear. The US Supreme Court interprets the law, it does not legislate. Deciding that Sec. 3 of the 14th Amendment doesn't say what it says is legislating. If the law sucks—it would cause chaos—US Congress changes the law, not US Supreme Court.
Kavanaugh Trump has 91 felony counts against him in addition to 5 or 6 of Treason against our country. You should think about that and the fact that Trump put you where you are😊

Ridiculous! This is squarely the responsibility of the Chief Justice, who administers the Presidential Oath of Office, and can refuse to do so due on Constitutional grounds – the primary role of the Supreme Court. This is how many people have been disqualified previously – by not being seated. The Chief Justice is one of the few truly Federal offices, is in office for life, and has considerable security of his person.
All this requires is courage.
