After listening to portions of the arguments of the US Supreme Court, It’s obviously to see what the US Supreme Court is trying to do here and it struck me funny. These Justices are trying to erase section 3 of the 14th Amendment, not because it is really self explanatory, but because it is controversial and they basically don't want to take sides. So by ruling for Trump, it will end all future debates on this section of the 14th Amendment and they won't have to bother with it in the future and nor will future Justices have to dead with it. That's my take on this US Supreme Court. It has become a sham court and our Constitution is not worth the paper it's written on.
