Dear Democrats: erasing your past by removing all the racist statues will never make the GOP forget why we had to put you down. Now you want to use our Amendment, designed to ensure Democrats wouldn’t put insurrections back in Congress, on a GOP candidate? Put your rebel flags back down, that Amendment is for Congress, not the States, silly Democrats!

A lower level state co. court doesnt get to decide who has comitted insurection for the purpose of deciding if they can be president. The section doesnt give guidelines on how to prove one was engaged in insurection, and there is a reason for it. But it will be lost on all you mindead liberals.

Good thing that he didn’t do an insurrection, because the whole thing of ‘insurrection’ implies that he drove and spearheaded the ‘raid’ which wasn’t really a rate at all, and had documented footage of everyone being quite fine and when inside, and with no real damage done inside. Hence why the case asks if it was insurrection as there was a lot of suppressed evidence in favor of our Gand Cheeto president. :^)

He also aided the insurrectionists in their efforts by willfully refusing to send help, so either way he violated Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment.

How can anyone say he was at fault for what happened at the capitol he asked nancy and the dc mayor if they should get national gaurd 3 days before the rally . They said no the capitol police chief asked nancy to call them up as well she said no to him the Department of Defense asked the capitol police board if they wanted the national guard they said no as well seems to me its more democrats fault than Trumps if they wanted to really investigate it why did the fake hearing not include the capitol police chief he wasn't allowed to testify its all democratic smoke and mirrors like always but no one will question them because they are the mafia of Washington DC corrupt to the core

Please be aware that C I A (US Central Intelligence Agency) has been using a terrible weapon (electromagnetic wave weapon) created by the Soviet Union about 70 years ago against the Japan people for more than 60 years, and that C I A (US Central Intelligence Agency) is still using that weapon against the Japan people today. It seems that Japan also tell people in other countries that there is such a fact when they go abroad for study, business trips, sightseeing, etc. ( Telling people about this fact in Japan is punishable by the Japan government.) And the people of the world should know that there are Japan people who have been suffering for more than 60 years due to the inhumane arrangement between C I A (the Central Intelligence Agency of the United States) and the Japan government at that time. It seems that the people of Japan are suffering every day from the terrible weapons used by the CIA, so please help the American people immediately.

Traitorous spirit still lives – and we should be protected forever more from people overthrowing a 100 percent accurate election outcome.

    1. Why did Fox News pay the Dominion voting machine company almost $800 million – if the election was stolen/rigged?

Fox News paid because Dominion showed 100% proof it wasn’t – with facts and evidence.

Again, all of this J6 insurrection trouble is because the insane and elderly Big Mac is a sore loser.

It has already been established by legal precedent that Jan 6 was a sedition- insurrection.

Why is the elderly and insane Big Mac not in jail yet – with the others – who confessed and were convicted of Jan 6 sedition/insurrection?

All of this J6 insurrection trouble is because the insane and elderly Big Mac is a sore loser.

    sedition
    noun
    se·di·tion si-ˈdi-shən
    Synonyms of sedition

It's not a matter of interpretation. Donald Trump engaged in insurrection as certainly as 2 + 2 = 4. Someone should ask these jokers, if they're so sure it's not insurrection, how it does not fit this definition (from Brittanica):

"Insurrection, an organized and usually violent act of revolt or rebellion against an established government or governing authority of a nation-state or other political entity by a group of its citizens or subjects; also, any act of engaging in such a revolt. An insurrection may facilitate or bring about a revolution, which is a radical change in the form of government or political system of a state, and it may be initiated or provoked by an act of sedition, which is an incitement to revolt or rebellion."
