According to the 14th amendment, article 3 no individual should be able to hold office after inciting an insurrection, or providing aid or comfort to our enemies. Why does everybody keep focusing on whether Trump started an insurrection? He provided aid and comfort to the individuals attacking our government building And the people in it. He made a video saying “it’s time to go home now. We love you”. He’s been campaigning for this election that he will pardon all of the people that have been charged and convicted or pleaded guilty. Now, with that being said, that is giving aid and comfort to the enemy!

The write-in blank on the ballot disqualifies the Court from expressing control of the State's list of eligible candidates. Each State owns the ballots that they choose to print.

Scotus is like a duck with one wing. Any claim to being even handed or unbiased is suspect but despite that they continue to make the claaim and don't want to do anything that will rock the boat more than it already has been.
