FBI sent out guidelines and instructions to social media companies to do the CENSORSHIP. It violates our 1A!

The federal government actively worked with the tech company to suppress conservative political speech

That cannot stand in a free country

As a Conservative I can 100% assure all of you that right wingers ARE in fact censored by media/social media. I would like to see them shut down completely if the States can't protect our free speech rights.

NO COURT, NO JUDGE, NO DA HAS THE LEGAL AUTHORITY TO INITIATE A CIVIL COURT TRIAL AGAINST ANYBODY
WITHOUT ANY Complaints INVOLVED. FURTHERMORE, THE JUDGE AND DA FAILED TO PROVIDE A SINGLE WITNESS INVOLVED IN ANY DAMAGES
    AGAINST DONALD TRUMP

TECHNICALLY, AND CRIMINALLY THEY VIOLATED OVER A DOZEN CRIMINAL LAWS
EVERY PERSON INVOLVED IN THIS TRIAL AGAINST TRUMP COMMITTED SEVERAL FEDERAL CRIMES AND BELONGS IN PRISON
THIS IS NOT EVEN DEBATABLE, IT IS FACT, IT IS LAW

Our country was founded on a system of federalism and yet Bob Corn-Revere thinks the states are analogous to teenage boys of the federal government. This is what happens when schools stop teaching civics.

They need to. I've got hundreds of examples of them removing comments.

Google is CIA owned, started out as a DARPA project. Google owns YouTube and YouTube its the absolute worst.

The Biden administration will ignore them like thru did with the student loans. That way in direct conflict of their ruling.

If he doesn't have to follow the law then we dont either. Just keep that in mind.

The MAGA crowd weighing in on these matters is skewed by their inherent misunderstanding of of issues at hand. MAGAs are not "Conservatives" by any stretch of the imagination — they've no clue what's best for the country nor what Conservatism really constitutes. Calling themself Conservatives only muddies the waters.

I like the bans on fake news, but then if we allow a ban we agree with we also agree on bans we don't. It's going to be interesting to see if this supreme Court can make a good moral decision that will allow freedom of speech and freedom to conduct business as you want

That guy at the end was asserting that when you use social media, the company is communicating, not you, as if you were a writer working for the MSM.

People seem to think free speech means you can say whatever you want. Free speech mearly protects your opinions from prosecution. A lot of deletion of content on social media platforms is of lies and misinformation directed towards people and institutions. This falls under libel and defamation which are crimes. The 1st amendment does not in any way give anyone the right to make baseless accusations against someone else and in fact there are specific laws which make that illegal.

Big government conservatives at it again, more government overreach. The government can’t mandate vaccines to save lives but by God you deserve to spread your disinformation on a private companies platform.

Social media definitely has bias against conservatives, even twitter though it’s not as bad as it used to be. YouTube and Facebook are really bad, and they don’t even try to hide it.

LMAO…all that will happen if they rule against the companies is, Texans and Floridians will no longer have access to facebook, x, or any social media. I can't wait for the shitstorm honestly. It's not hard to put, "this service isn't available in Texas or Florida" in their terms and blacklist IP's regionally…maybe even redirect them to a page detailing how Governor so and so, or senator what's his face is responsible. Good luck enacting a law that FORCES a company to operate in a region they don't choose to. Sportsbooks and poker sites have been locking by states for years now. Can't wait to see the youth vote turnout in Florida and Texas if they can't access their cr*ck…I mean their social media.

Think about it this way, when you see a conservative show on YouTube, you don't equate that with YouTube themselves pushing the show. You equate it with the content creator. It would be the equivalent of a cable company regulating what a Christian TV network could say.
