Colorado tries to claim Trump's off the ballot because of the Jan 6th riots, but he's neither been tried or convicted in court for any of that. The truth is … Co. kicked Trump off the ballot because Co. lawyers and politicians know if elected, Trump will definitely move Space Command to Huntsville. Lots of $$$ at stake.
There's too much domestic and foreign propaganda, misinformation, annnnd self-censoring of media (Ex: few voters have watched the full Jan 6th select committee hearings, evidence, & videos), for voters to decide constitutional issues that are as important as this one is.
This is a job for our Supreme Court for good reason, and we can only hope they keep partisanship out of their decision. If there continues to be doubt about the definition of "insurrection", I hope they say so while pausing conclusions until Jack Smith's trial concludes (+/- adding an insurrection charge to specifically address that) rather than setting a precedent prior.

both Jack Smith and Trump can send letters to the Supreme Court for them to review and decide whether relevance is worthy of consideration re their decisions.

The text of the constitution is clear Trump was an officer, took an oath to uphold the constitution, and engaged in an insurrection against the constitution I applaud Colorado for enforcing this. The 14th amendment is clearly written and should be enforced in every state.
This is all political and a violation of federal criminal law due to section 5 of the 14th Amendment which states that ONLY CONGRESS has the power to enforce the 14th Amendment. Violation of criminal code 18 USC section 241 here and every person should sue the people against Trump in the suit for money. It was already in Constitutional Law that the judicial system had no authority here due to the US Constitution (1868).
These psychotic radicals just don't get it. The more crap like this they pull, the more Trumps poll numbers keep going up. WHAT ARE THEY SO AFRAID OF?? Oh that's right, they are scared Trump will get elected by the people and are terrified Trump will look at them eye to eye and call them out on their corruption and fires them. Let the American people make the choice on who should be the president. Also, keep it all paper ballots, thats how its been done for hundreds of years. And if Trump loses, we will accept that bk it was all done fair and square. Not like the last election where there was so much shadyness going on and when we asked questions about it, they pretty much ignored us and told us the Election is over so shut up and move on. KEEP TRUMP ON THE BALLOT!!! And for all the people screaming to take Trump off the ballot….
