Glenn, why is this SCOTUS ruling taking so long? Are they having such a difficult time pulling a reasonably plausible legal rationale out of their asses?

It is so disheartening to be shown so clearly that justice does not matter… from the SCOTUS to GA to FL, Trump seems to have the judicial system and judges on his team.

Three states are on board now (CO,IL,ME). So if one (or all) of these states refuse to acknowledge SCOTUS's decision, who is going to arrest them? I imagine the state guard isn't looking to violate Posse Commotatus, and I seriously doubt FBI wants it, given their history with the HRC v. DT… And who is going to ORDER the arrest… Congress? (who can't agree to not to urinate on their own shoes?) So if one or all three states give the court the finger, the only entity in line to do anything about it is… Biden. (Checkmate!)

Perhaps you guys could do a video on that question. Who arrests a state election board that chooses to reserve its constitutional rights?

If the SC gives djt immunity, can Biden use an executive orders to deny it?

the surpreme court is an overpaid weak-kneed club.

In addition, they are too cowardly to save democracy from a potentially present dictator with false intentions.

    A purchased club

Even if SCOTUS find that Trump is immune, it is only regarding criminal prosecution. According to A14-3 it is still the Congress that has to decide if Trump can become President. The question of guilt has not been evaluated by SCOTUS. You need to find the proper procedure for either eliminating Trump from the ballots or if elected, how to enforce A14-3.

If the Supreme Court grants presidential immunity, couldn't the sitting President now, Joe Biden, go 'Dark Brandon' on his opponents with Seal Team 6?

Disappointed in the SCourt. Trump should not be eligible in any state. It’s as plain as the nose on one’s face. After three years we are still asking did he or didn’t he? Insane.

Even democrats might want Trump to stay in the race

to avoid Nikki Haley, stepping in as a younger more attractive opponent to Biden.

Is it possible for Biden to win the popular vote and win the electoral college, BUT the GOP Republicans and/or electoral college members PREVENT Biden from being sworn in as POTUS?

If each state has 1 representative, there are 26 states that support Trump.

What would happen if GOP/ Electoral College fail swear in Biden? What recourse will we, the people, have? Will the judicial system support the legislative branch or the Constitutional rights and will of the people?

Trump as commander-in-chief of the DC National Guard had the absolute authority to quell the insurrection but never exercised it. The timeline shows a definite two hour delay in deployment of troops when finally activated by Acting Defense Secretary. The substantial delay to quell the insurrection was due to Trump's sole action by not performing his duty and by others being reluctant to insert themselves in the chain of command for which Trump had absolute authority.

It is an irrefutable fact that Trump's action of doing nothing gave the insurrectionists aid and comfort in carrying out their activities and proves Trump's support of such insurrection. Thus, the 14th Amendment disqualifies Trump for giving aid and comfort to the insurrection. The 14th Amendment is self-executing when the facts are obvious.

January 6th was an insurrection and not a riot. The disruption of the Congressional function to finalize and declare the Electoral College vote under the US Constitution was an attempt to usurp that governmental function and endangered Congress. Allowing Trump to run again will put our nation in peril and embolden him to use the same play book again if he doesn't get his way against Congress or Supreme Court.
