My biggest concern is "innocent until proven guilty." No one has been found guilty yet. I have been "hated" for something that I did not do. I was innocent and NOT given the opportunity to defend myself. IF instances like these become the norm, nobody will be safe. You will be fined, jailed, or possibly even put to death without trial. Be VERY careful what you ASK for, as a New Earth is emerging based on your "thoughts," "actions," and your "words;" you will RECEIVE, as EVERYTHING is vibration.

I don’t care what people say when you attack the White House that is considered to me to be an insurrection you attacked the White House you destroyed it capital police died. You was trying to get the Republicans and the Democrats once you do that I’m sorry that’s considered to be insular because you attacked the White Houseyou had no right to attack if it was just a regular protest without attacking the White House then Trump lawyer will have a case but I’m sorry that is considered to be an insurrection when you attacked the White House

And what makes a situation worse is that people died state capital police died and Trump gets away with all that I’m sorry, but he hast to be hold accountable. Specially, with innocent people died.

I am sorry, but people died in the White House, which is the state, Capitol police and other people Trump has to be hold accountable. The White House was attacked and innocent people died because of it. Hands-down Trump has to pay for that.

Technically speaking, when you attacked the White House, that is considered to be an insurrection, hands-down you attacked the White House you destroyed it many people died. That’s an insurrection if they never attacked the White House they would’ve been a ride that’s it once you basically step foot and try to destroy the White House that is considered to be an insurrection.

I’m sorry it is insurrection when you attacked the White House. If they did not attack the White House, Trump’s lawyers would’ve had a case but they attacked the White House that is considered to be an insurrection. I’m sorry.

Trump’s lawyers would have had case if they did not attack the White House. . But once you attacked the White House, that is considered to be a insurrection because innocent people died. It was political it was if it if they didn’t take the White House then that would’ve been a different story.

States can make decisions on abortions but not ballots? It is very much shifting sands when it comes to the Supreme Court decisions. I think the problem might just be the Supreme court concept itself.

At the end of the day, aren't the courts, profit centers too. So just how much money have all of the US courts collectively made, from keeping Trumps ball in play, since 2020? As a national security threat, shouldn't the defense and state departments have been able to incarcerate him, after his document case evidence, was revealed? Didn't he show a national security brief about attacking Iran, to an author? Think the frustration and discontent over Trumps court strategy delay, delay, delay, is not what it really seems.

The Supreme Court's only duty is to affirm or deny the claims and factual findings before them and require all states to follow their findings.

02/08/2024:  Response by Political Analyst and Strait Shooter;  Cliff Strait

Telling you what Mainstreet Media, their commentators, and their pundits will not tell you.

It is clear to most of us this court does not want to abide by the Constitution because they do not want to be responsible for removing Trump from the ballot. This is why few if any of their questions were related to the merits and facts presented in the case such as addressing the issue of if Trump committed insurrection. So, they are creating excuses to not perform their duty according to the Constitution.

Anyone barred from being on the ballot by a Secretary of State, or board has the right to take their case to court. If the court concurs that one is disqualified from the ballot, this person has the right to appeal their case. If they fail in the appeals process, then this should bind all states.

If one fails to appeal a Secretary of State's decision or a state board's decision to disqualify one from the ballot, this should be binding on all states.

If a single state has adjudicated the issue of barring one from being placed on the ballot fully as the Colorado Supreme Court has, and the case is appealed to the Supreme Court, its only duty, is to decide the case based on the merits and factual findings presented in the case of the lower court or state court. The Supreme Court's only duty is to affirm or deny the claims and factual findings before them based on the Constitution and require all states to follow their findings.

This Supreme Court only seeks to make the case more complicated than it needs to be so they can make a political decision rather than one based on the merits being presented and the Constitution.

Justice Katanji Brown Jackson missed the mark on the issue of whether the 14th Amendment, Section 3 applies to the president. Here she is showing her lack of historical Constitutional knowledge, and her lack of effort to get up to speed on the issue. Then when she realized she was dealing with a losing argument, she cut the attorney off. Here is the rest of the context she did not want us to hear:

Here is a little historical context to settle the issue of the term officer, or why the titles of the President and the Vice President were not specifically named.

In 1868 Congressman John A. Bingham of Ohio, was the primary author of the first section of the 14th Amendment.

Sen. Jacob Howard of Michigan drafted section 3 of Amendment 14 on July 9, 1868.

Maryland Democratic Sen. Reverdy Johnson questioned and hotly debated why the president and the vice president were not explicitly included in the draft. Maine's Lot Morrill jumped in to clarify:

"Let me call the Senator's attention to the words 'or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States,'"  Morrill said, ending the discussion on that point.

Their intent was clear.  Especially when the very first sentence starts off with;  "No person shall be a Senator,  Representative in Congress, elector of President and Vice President, …. ."

Since we have a very uneducated society as to the Constitution and American history and a very divided society, this court can pull the wool over the eyes of most. Even some of the so-called highly educated scholars. Many of us have witnessed some of them being used as pundits on mass media.

Insurrection wasn't the big topic because it was put to rest by Jackson when she said, " None of the criteria were met, this was a riot. It was not a insurrection…. It does not qualify as a insurrection."
What do you not understand after that statement. Jonathan Mitchell understood.
I remember CBS and MSM "nobody is above the law," except a Senator stealing classified documents and the same person as a VP stealing more classified documents and now that he is in his 80's and week memory gone, Briben is above the law! WHY IS HE PRESIDENT IF BIDEN iS UNFIT TO STAND TRIAL?

The court's ruling on this historic case will either finally hold Trump accountable for inciting a white-supremacist-led insurrection on January 6 or let him off the hook, allowing him to run for president despite violating the Constitution.

The Supreme Court has disgraced themselves by not calling out that day for what it was an insurrection. There was a lot of planning that went into that day after all of Trump’s other tactics failed. Trump riled up his crowd with BLATANT LIES about the election being stolen and once the insurrection started Trump went back to his safe zone gleefully watching the whole thing unfold on TV. Trump had absolutely no remorse about the people who died and were injured on that day. The only thing i can hope for now is that the DC TRIAL happens before Election Day.

Now, when you look up the word officer there are 3 meaning , the problem with the democrats is they decided what word to use then they need to make it fit their narrative, why you ask? Because the first definition of officer is a person that holds a position not an Office,
