It is important to note that Larry Hogan flat out lied in this interview. Trump was indeed determined to be guilty of inciting an insurrection in a Colorado courtroom, this finding was upheld in the Colorado Supreme Court, and this was not refuted in the most recent SCOTUS ruling.
Trump has not been found "guilty" since he has not been charged for this criminal act, however he has been adjudicated as such by a preponderance of evidence presented at trial, which contradicts directly Hogan's statement, even though Hogan is well aware of all of the above.
News outlets need to be more vocal about how the MAGA encouraged by trump’s words and behavior has becomes a great danger to the general public!

This is Crazy: Insurrectionists can be struck from State Elections but can run in Federal Elections, unless the US Congress bars them from running. It does not make sense that this Amendment is not self-executing!?
I would ask Mr. Hogan if a 23 yr old foreign-born candidate should be allowed on the ballots so that the voters could decide? If we do away with one requirement for office, why not all of them and just leave it all up to the voters? The whole point of having requirements for a candidate is to assure we hopefully get decent and fit people to vote for. Having an insurrectionist allowed on the ballot is making Lincoln and the writers of the 14th Amendment spin in their graves.
If people want to see other candidates in the general election, then they MUST vote in primaries. If they don't vote, they have no reason to complain about the choices before them. In any election, decisions are made by those who show up (with apologies to The West Wing).

Today, I watched the millionth “man in the street” interview of a potential voter talking about President Biden’s age.
Years ago, I formed a team to build a Black radio station. I could have been killed. My plan was to broadcast – in a redneck-infested area, progressive content, and when not doing that, we’d play Jazz and Funk. Heavy Funk. Funk that brought the minor pentatonic scale into its full potential like a $762 bottle of wine.

Here’s the tool to apply. As it happens, watch, listen, or read carefully and ask yourself: Has this person stated anything specific about how Biden’s age impacts his ability to be a good president?
Usually, almost always, they don’t. Often, they get down in the gutter, like Niki No-Class Haley, and they joke that Biden will die soon.
