It’s very disconcerting and disappointing that the Supreme Court had the audacity with all the corruption behind their pillars up on the hill, to not provide a ruling of non-presidential immunity regarding the actions taken during the previous election!! States should have the right to control who is on the ballot in their state, especially based on proven criminal activity, based on facts & evidence, and based on decisions made by other federal courts!! There is NO immunity for any criminal activity by ANY previous sitting president!!
If anyone thinks our country and it's citizens will do better under a dictatorship, you are mistaken.

Trump disqualified himself. It may be up to Congress to enforce his exclusion. If a Court cannot adjudicate they must abstain. A State can refrain from publishing the name of a villain on a ballot if it is in the best interest of the People of that State. A State Court that has adjudicated a villain may prevail if the higher court abstains from adjudication..
It's up to the people of the United States to say who they want on the ballot, not the individual states to pick and choose who they want on the ballot.
