That's the left in 2024. Taking the side of giant companies against the citizen. Arguing for censorship while accusing Trump of 'censuring' social media companies' rights of speech.

Trump claimed he had 400 million dollars. Suddenly, the Orange Ba'al only has 100M for the bond. Chief Justice Roberts and his five fellow slime molds agree to delay, delay, delay. The logical conclusion is the six Republican Supremes have taken the other 300 million. Truly, a Federalist Society Judge’s “dream come true” …or would be if a way would have been found to also stick a shiv into the backs of the poor and P.O.C. The remaining question before the six Fed. Soc. Justices is, "Can this cash cow be milked for more?"

No one is trying to censor tech companies… that is just insane.

Twitter was caught red handed saying that people did NOT break their terms of service, but still banned them in some form or another.

That is censorship. That is NOT applying their own rules equally, consistently, or fairly.

If you say you are open to the public, but people with red shirts are not allowed in. You can't just make acceptions for people you like, and at the same time start banning people for the color of their skin…

That is an extreme example, but it is exactly the same thing that tech companies have been doing.

The question isn't whether their will be LIFE after Trump and DeSantis. The question is whether there will be DEMOCRACY after Trump and DeSantis.

The question is, is tech speech equivalent to government speech? If the tech companies are coordinating with the government on which views are acceptable, then the tech companies are no longer a part of the free market, but are government proxies. As government proxies, a governor has every right… has the duty to pass law and regulate them

The internet in the 80's was mainly a rich persons tool for insider stock trading. Whenever a politician talks about some new online law its for rich people and rich peoples problems, problem being usually the poorz talking smack about the rich peoples interests. And dispute what they may say its not really to protect the children, that's and excuse for draconian laws . Reject all online laws.

A tech company isn't suppressing free speech. The government forcing the tech company to do anything, is.

Since when does the Supreme Court care what laws are already on the books? Why are we going to the Supreme Court? Should we ask one of our Oligarchs? The law means nothing. Money = power. Power is greater than the law in the USA. I don’t care about the times they go back to the law. I am checking to see what will they take next?!

Since when does the first amendment mean that a private company can’t censor speech? Isn’t it the government that can’t do that?
