Actually, Democrats have kept the name of the Republican candidate for President off the ballot BEFORE. Seven states did that, in fact. The name of the Republican Presidential candidate they refused to put on the ballot was…..

    Abraham Lincoln.

Demoncrats/communists won’t stop trying to remove Trump by any means, mostly illegal/uncostitutional. Their fierce unbalanced hatred, as sick as it is, prohibits them from anything resembling rational thinking. This does nothing but play right into the slimy, unrighteous hands of the oligarchs who will take over our nation if left unchecked.

The Democrats aren't interested in following the law. That's what people are afraid of. We citizens have been living our lives and assuming that if we follow the law we'd be free to go about our business but now we see that everyone is vulnerable because Democrats don't care about the law.

To be clear, none of the cases against Trump are "unraveling" on the FACTS or the LAW … they are all "delayed" because Trump appeals and appeals and appeaks to avoid the inevitabke convictions, while simultaneously conducting relentless "personal attacks" against the judges, the witnesses and the prosecutors.

If the Supreme Court rules that Trump does not have immunity, I guarantee he will be convicted in the D.C. trial. A liberal Democrat prosecutor, a liberal Democrat judge and what will be a jury of 12 liberal Democrats. Talk about a stacked deck!

The draft dodging grandfather of the draft dodging Donald Trump immigrated to the United States in 1885. In 1891, he began speculating in real estate in Seattle. During the Klondike Gold Rush, he moved to the Yukon and made his fortune by operating a brothel for miners in Whitehorse. In 1901, Trump returned to Germany and married . As he had purportedly immigrated to the United States in order to evade conscription, the Bavarian Government stripped him of his citizenship in 1905. As a result, he returned to the United States

Had/has nothing to do with all the indictments and everything to do with Trump's record why I will not vote for him and add to that he is pure e v i l.
I do agree he should be on the ballot and so should Bobby and any others with high approval ratings like he has.

Jamie Ratskin seems to forget that there is a process in place to cover that situation. It's called impeachment and the dems tried to impeach Trump twice and failed in the Senate.

Yes, let's have a word on the legal situation from a man who settled out of court to pay 32 million for repeated harassment, a nonconsensual sexual relationship and the sending of gay pornography and other sexually explicit material to unwilling colleagues.

In Feb 2021, McConnell said of the Senate acquitting Trump of insurrection, "Trump being guilty should be litigated by the justice system". Enter Jack Smith. NOW Trump's lawyers and SCOTUS say the opposite – "only if he's impeached and convicted by the Senate". Why doesn't anyone want the responsibility to covict Trump?
