SCOTUS has no authority or jurisdiction to rule on the 1/6 insurrection!

The problem with Trump’s involvement in the 1/6 insurrection, is we need to dig a little deeper into what created the conditions for the 1/6 insurrection, because if we were actually following the Constitution for how to choose the President and Vice President, none of what happened could have happened, because there are no self declared candidates, there are no party nominees, there are no popular elections to determine electoral college votes winner takes all by State, and therefore no possibility of winning, or losing, the presidency!

All candidates must be identified and vetted by the electors for each State to form their States list of qualified and suitable persons and the number of votes for each, these lists must be certified by the electors themselves that every person on their State’s list meet the qualifications for holding office; must have reached the age of 35 at the time of choosing by an elector, must have resided within the United States for 14 years at the time of choosing by an elector, must be a natural born citizen, and at least one of the electors choices must reside in a State other than the elector themselves. These are not requirements to run for president, these requirements govern the electors choices, once certified the lists are sealed and transmitted to the seat of government directed to the President of the Senate where they are opened in Congress, compiled, and it is determined of any person achieved the requirements of a majority of the electors and the most votes, if no person meets those requirements then the top 5 persons form the ballot for the States to consider and determine a choice by vote, 1 vote per State, and a majority of all the States is necessary to the choice, the change of the 12th amendment only compelled the electors to mark on their ballots which was cast for President and which was cast for Vice President, then if no person receives a majority for either office, then the top 3 on the aggregate list for President and the top 2 on the aggregate list for Vice President form the ballots that the States consider and determine their choices by vote, 1 vote per State, and a majority of the States is necessary to the choice.

By the way, there should be 11,121 electors based upon the 2020 census, the whole number of Senators and Representatives each State is entitled in the congress which does not exceed 1 representative for every 30,000 persons residing in each State.

Maybe I’m the only one who can read and comprehend the English language.

By the way, the Supreme Court does not determine which cases they will hear and decide, all petitions for redress of grievances must be submitted to the united States, in congress assembled, and then the 5 justices to hear and decide the grievance are chosen by lot starting with the petitioner from a pool of justices no fewer than 7 and no more then 9, not including the Chief Justice who presides, they do not participate in the proceedings!

I wish that Professor Vladek had mentioned that the 14th Amendment §3 also applies to those who have given "aid or comfort" to insurrectionists, which Orange J. Man unequivocally has done. (Shout-out to Andrea Rovenski for calling this to my attention and for giving us the monicker Orange J. Man.)

    1. Trump is immune because the 14th Amendment does not include the president as among those subject to the provision. It includes officers "appointed by the president" not the president himself.
    2. The provision clearly was aimed at Civil War insurrectionists.
    3. The motivation for the prosecutions is clearly to interfere with elections. The Democratic Party has a history of doing this.

It is so tiring to hear trials hinging on just parsing of words like when Clinton was saying, "It depends on the definition of what the word 'is' is." It is disgusting to see get guilty people getting off or getting wrongly convicted, not on the basis of a legal technicality rather than actual guilt or innocence.

A candidate, or in this case, a president asking state officials to find more votes for him is not the same is saying there is suspected election fraud that should be investigated are very different.

We are definitely in a Condtitutional crisis in this good old U.S. of A. The SCOTUS appears to be compromised as several of the Justices are receiiving large amounts of money and elaborate gifts for what?

And I was right. They told Jack Smith to pound sand. They said NO. Because there was no Legal Issues. And they will next over turn the Colorado ruling. Even id the DC Court does expedite this case. But that will be only step one. If the 3 Judges deny President Trumps appeal then he has 45 Days to file an appeal to have the full court rule. After that there is 90 Days to file the Appeal to SCOTUS and remember SCOTUS takes a summer break. It looks like that June court date will never happen.

The Court has to reestablish its law-abiding position to the Constitution and Laws of the land and leave behind its seeming corruption in support of financial and political leanings towards the moneyed influencers. Otherwise, more questions regarding its existence will continue to shadow its role throughout history.

When will your obsession with abortion end!?! It's constantly brought up. The supreme court is not going to rule where civil war will be the consequence. So Trump will be allowed, the people decide. Otherwise Biden will be removed, anarchy, partriot militias, war will end up evolving which seems to be democrats declaration on their fellow Americans. Biden is the war mongering puppet afterall.
