Is that, "Don't Threaten The Court Morons", or "Don't Threaten The Court, Morons"? Either one works.

Here's your comment, as requested 🙂 Thanks for do in what you do! Sometimes I feel you push a little too much into name calling and such, but I know that gets the crowd a little more stirred up so I'll forgive that one 😛 We need people motivated and realizing they should be angry enough at this kind of thing that they NEED to go vote! 🙂

    Office holding, not ballot stripping?

Hell, people could still write him in if his name wasn't on the ballot.
But are they trying to argue it would be better to bar him from office with it only? What if he won the election?
Yeah yeah, the guy won, but guess what, the decision of the voters can't be implemented because the old fart got himself disqualified.

Also that would raise questions about how to handle it from there. Give the position to the runner up? Have no president/VP at all despite those important roles the executive office fulfills? The VP gets an immediate promotion to pres?

The GOP is about Chaos and Authoritarianism.

I am a centrist as far as my political leaning and I agree with everything you said about the constitution. But that said where is this nuance from the democrats when it comes to the second amendment. You can't cling to one part of the document and then throw out another. All these things protect the rights of those of us that live in this country. That is the right to be able to protect yourself and property and then to be protected from those that would harm us politically.

Why shouldn't they threaten the courts? The courts aren't going to do a single thing. And when they know you ain't gonna do sh*t, there's no more accountability.

Remember, Trump refused to sign a loyalty oath for Illinois affirming he would not attempt to overthrow the government. He signed the oath in 2016 and 2020.

How can it be disenfranchising voters when he first stood as a republican and it has always been the GOP and democrats and possibly a third party …….there is no such thing as a political group called maga ….its just a cult ……..they can vote for someone else more suited to the job and less chaotic and divisive .

Your friggin allegations are to narrow for the Narrative!!!!!!! They're too small to fit even on a pin Head!!!!!!!! If you don't have the evidence to prove trump initiated this insurrection. And there's evidence that you don't, then your last ditch efforts to prevent trump from staying on the ballad in Colorado and other surrounding states have all Failed!!!!!!!! 😊😊😊😊😊 In essence your friggin findings????? All in question guy!….

Mike you need to put a comma in your headline between the words " court" and "morons" otherwise there are two very different interpretations to the headline and one of them I am sure you DID NOT mean ! Punctuation is everything ! LOL

"Your Honor, our client didn't engage in insurrection; and even if he did, he never took a oath to support the Constitution; and even if he did that, he isn't and officer of the US; and even if he is an officer… etc. etc." How dumb can Trump's lawyers argument sound before they feel embarrassed to say it out loud?

The writing in the 14th amendment section 3 is very clear. It takes a lawyer with a lot of practice at twisting words to make it complex.
Students of political science in high school could read the 14th amendment section 3 and easily decide that Trump is not qualified after engaging in an insurrection, promoting it, and then comforting those who did it .
Yes Trump violated his oath of office with his comprehensive efforts to Interfere with the process of carrying out the election results in accord with the laws of our country.

The first act of an elected president is THE OATH OF OFFICE. He stands in front of a huge audience, including members of Congress, puts his hand on a Bible and swears to uphold and protect the Constitution. That makes the person an official of the United States.

He lied about elections being rigged. That should be enough to remove him if most people tell him they aren't. That's the first strike of the attack on the constitution.

Don't forget they have already started discrediting the supreme Court if they don't rule in their favor. They said they will only lose because the Republican appointed justices will rule against against Trump just because they're trying to be too politically correct and they won't be doing the right thing.

I could see the court ruling that he has engaged in insurrection and is responsible for all the charges against him but then agree with his lawyers and say that it is not a ballot removal measure and then push it to congress to approve him if he wins in the 2024 general election.

Given than they wouldn’t be able to get a 2/3s vote in favor, he wouldn’t be allowed to take office. And his supporters would go absolutely wild.
