This documentary really angers me! I have been a victim of the American injustice system. I have taken the time to master the science of law. I must help someone – I know I justice hurts. Please be informed of the Dear Colleague Letter regarding Fines & Fees that the US Department of Justice has recently released (April 23, 2023) It is still valid and will be valid. It is valid in every state. Take time to read this so that you are armed with this knowledge. This will force them to back up off of you regarding fines and fees. Google it and obtain from the US Department of Justice
Many of the average American households customarily attend church services on a weekly basis. These persons spend a lifetime reading a single book (the Bible, etc.) to learn it and even often learn to quote it. There should be a custom in America that the average household study law on a weekly basis just the same. The judges have bibles in the court. The courts don't believe in them though. Interestingly, the judge nor prosecutors ever place their hands on the Bible and promise to tell the truth. The American judicial system is evil!

The system is so broken and corrupt. These DAs and Judges just look at it as if, “if you have the unfortunate luck to find yourself in front of me you will not win.” It’s about winning not about justice or the truth. I know this from experience.
I just signed a plea last week because if i didnt, the prosecution said they would file the "habitual" on me. Its a simple possession charge. Less than a gram. (Meth) a Level 6 felony. I could get it thrown out for illegal search and seizure. (Warrantless entry) my paid attorney would only say that its a "close case". But i signed the plea because if i lost in trial, i would go to prison for at least 3 to 5 years. I was actuality stated in the plea agreement that i had to sign it before the final pre-trial or it would be enhanced to a level 5 felony and that the prosecution would recommend the maximum sentence. Im getting punished for trying to prove that the police acted illegally just to get the arrest. Crooked system i must say!

Sumner county Tn is the same way!I wish someone would investigate it!One of my employees was cleaning the judges yacht and overheard conversations between two attorneys and the DA with the judge about how they were going to get a certain person. While they all were getting intoxicated. I sure wish the FBI would investigate Sumner county it is very corrupt.
I once got pulled over by a cop and ended up sending me to court for 5mph over speed limit which was wrong but reaching court I found so many people with similar cases and before we entered the courthouse they sent us to an office to cut a plea deal and everyone was guilty and paid 150$ fine in Lakawana NY . I came to the conclusion that’s the system was completely corrupt and no one should defend themselves.
But in this case that judge will always suffer for the pain he caused to so many innocent people.

It's sad because Kelly is going to go to that Parole Board saying she is innocent and they will keep denying her. I've been in a similar situation and if I would have had the chance to plea out, even though I was innocent, I would take it. I know how these people work, especially in small Texas towns, they will give you the maximum for miniscule amounts of drugs. The criminal justice system is and has been in dire need of major reforms.
I certainly think that all prosecutors who convict innocent people should be jail just like the people they convict see what it’s like to be in prison

The officers are contractors, without proper licensing. There are NO true judges since 1871, they are administrator's over the agency. Public defenders work for the same entity as the prosecutor. The county. You were just a paycheck cattle getting processed. Another body.
When you plead guilty they ask you is there any promises to you to plead guilty, I said yes one time when I played guilty the prosecutor offered me a plea deal and they got very upset with me

Meeting at your lawyer for the first time in a courtroom right before a hearing for five minutes is not being counseled.
He says “there wasn’t enough evidence to convict them but they are guilty anyway.” That statement alone is the proof he violated their rights and now those charges and plea deals are fruit of the poisonous tree.

It should be changed from innocent until proven guilty to guilty to proven innocent cause if you don't have the money you will sit in jail until you're court date and just about all defendants will agree to probation because they want to get out of jail. And they way probation is setup you will most likely end up right back in jail its really extortion you can't pay your bills cause of the fines put on you
Imo it's setup for you to fail the fines are in thousands of dollars and the put all types of other things on you from classes, community service, meetings wher its very hard to keep a job. Probation most likely you will fail it's very hard to keep up with the things they put you on. If you don't have the money to fight the case more or likely you are screwed court appointed attorneys don't do nothing but tell you what the DA is offering they will not go back an fight or ask questions for you its happened to me. Where i will not meet a court appointed attorney until the court date then they just walk up to you saying this is what the DA's is offering you and that's it and they get paid for that. Sometimes months i pick up a dui last year in August still almost a yr later still have not meet or spoken to him or her don't even know nothing about the attorney they assigned me it's like they all work together all of them. They all make some type of money alot of us dont have money for expensive attorneys fees and alot have been in jail cause no money for bail which is a whole nother bs thing just to get money.
