MEIDASTOUCH I will like to make a comparison here ,( Fani Wills is only a DA of Fulton County she is put on trial for a relationship something personal . Let us look at the Judge Clarence Thomas wife who took part in supporting the January 6 insurrection there ,was and is no conflict of interest she did nothing but there is a conflict of interest in a relation .
I have had people including family members assume I was Romantically involved with women I wasn't. They saw something that wasn't there. The only ones who actually know if Willis and Wade were in a romantic relationship are Willis and Wade. It's a shame their personal relationship, whatever it was, was brought into the public. It never needed to be. I understand they were accused of lying to the court, but honestly, how are you going to prove it one way or another? It's all Gossip!
The real question is, did Willis hire Wade to enrich herself through their relationship? Look at his contract. Compare that contract to other people she offered the job to before him that turned it down. Is it different? NO! Could Wade make more money from his personal practice? YES! So why did he take the job? Doesn't matter. Maybe as a favor to a friend, maybe steady income, maybe for the fame of prosecuting a high-profile case against the former president. It simply doesn't matter.
Did Willis lie on her disclosure forms? Not if she paid Wade back! Nit picking about paying for lunch is just that. Who cares! She paid this time, he paid the next, that's not uncommon.
Did Willis pay in cash? She claims to have, and no one proved she didn't. Just because she didn't keep receipts means nothing. Why would anyone who isn't doing anything wrong keep them?
Why cash? I have "Emergency cash" on hand also. It is how I was brought up also. I sometimes use it for vacations as well. (For those asking about taxes on it, it's taxed on the paycheck like any income, and obviously doesn't accrue interest income.)
Did Wade use "public money" to go on the cruises? He got paid from the county like any contractor would. Either by check or direct deposit into his business account. Once paid, that money is his to spend as he sees fit. Whether it came from his business account or his personal account, it really doesn't matter. If he misused his business account, it wouldn't have anything to do with this at all.
Did Willis pay him back for her part of the cruises? She claims she paid cash, and no one proved she didn't. In fact, a witness came forth to say she did pay cash on one of the trips just as she had testified.

3. overpaid- not proven!
4. Willis benefited by Wades hiring financially- Not proven!
5. Conflict of interest- Not proven!
Seems simple to me, GET BACK TO THE REAL CASE!
