I respect the Supreme Court's judgements. But, there are certain things which I personally don't believe in. Let me tell some of them.
– Section 80GGC of Income Tax Act – Deduction on Donations to Political Party. The objective of this section was mainly to allow for transparency in the electoral funding and, therefore, try to make it corruption-free. Moreover, it also encourages more voluntary contributions by taxpayers to political parties. My question is, do we really need this section ? For what purpose do we need exemptions as individuals while donating to a political party ? What is the benefit that government is getting from this section ? Why would an individual be so much interested in a political party in a country like ours ? Great faith or interested in a seat in any public body/department ? Are political parties really so poor in India such that an individual has to donate something to them ? If yes, then let that be legalised on the papers for both individuals and any groups.
– Corruption is something that is not just a political party's interest, it's the public interest too. Why does a common man in this country bribe a government servant at various ranks in this country ? Do you think corruption can be avoided by just removing the electoral bonds or some other process when the corruption fundamentals are there in common man's mind ? There are many politicians/ministers who takes oath that they don't do any favours to anyone be it individual or a group. They ultimately break the oath is what we have seen many times and do favours to certain ally's. What is the best way you control that first ? If that can be controlled, then the individuals or groups who sponsor the political parties formally can also be controlled. If not, then nothing can be controlled as long as the politicians finds new ways of corruption.
– How to control the illegal (hawala) money being invested into the indian political parties from other countries having a wrong intention to destroy indian society ? How to control such anti-national groups ?
– Instead of putting indian political black money collected through unofficial & unaccounted fund pooling in the foreign banks like the swiss bank, why can't it be collected formally in india into banks like SBI ? And why not provide the tax benefits using some sections like 80GGC ?

So until and unless they are briefed well what these Electoral Bonds are and what benefits does the ruling party get whereas how harmful it is to the country. So until and unless the people of our country are well versed with this malpractice being done by this ruling party, only then they can cast their vote to the Right party and save the country from getting from bad to worse.
