This gentleman doesnt have a 360 degree understanding of the issue. Small issues arising out of oversight can always be resolved as we go along. One's pedigree or degree in law doesn't qualify him/her to pass judgement on matters such as this. So he needn't be taken too seriously unless he resorts to activism against the CAA.
I presume the spirit of the CAA is to ensure the safety and interests of hindus, sikhs, christians, jains and buddhists who are persecuted in the islamic countries specifically mentioned. Secondly it is also the intent to prevent muslims from these countries from entering India illegally and causing the uncontrolled rise in the muslim population which is most undesirable, for reasons that are evident the world over, ie , the spread of religious extremism, terrorism, separatism and breakdown of general law and order. We do not want our country to go to dogs.
Abhinav, in the first instance tell me whether u r Hindu or Muslim, that will clear your discussion of CAA. My dear this country is Sanatan Hindu Country ruled by God Vishnus avatar King Bharat, whose name has come to Bharat. All were Hindus. After invasion of Moghals so called massacrea muslims converted forcibly Hindus to muslims and their rule to destroy Hindus. This is inculcated now in muslims. The country was divided on religious basis based on political decision & not through any judicial process. Subsequent agreement on safeguarding the minorities was also a political decision. Now granting selective Citizenship through a political decision is a correct way. Judicial interference is not a correct approach.

I completely agree with you Sir, Let the CJI scrutinise the CAA Law & Act and advise the the Govt of India .how the laws are to be properly implemented in India in accordance to the intentions of the Constitution Assemly and ethics of the Indian Constitution.The Govt.of India should follow the advise of CJI in letters and spirits for the protections of universal human rights and show to the world its liberal view for the internationally brotherhood of humankinds.
