SCOTUS ruled in favor of the Constitution this morning, 4 March 2024. It just so happens that Trump was involved. Voter suppression is illegal. 😆😆😆😆😆

What was first action of Biden as president. Stop the oil pipe line from Canada and promoted clean energy. That's great and all but not when you have ties to the same exact Chinese company mining the cobalt in the Congo. 10% to the big guy was about mining cobalt. Biden bottle necked demand for cobalt through EV car sales. He even gave tax credits if you bought an EV car.

If Arnold Schwarzenegger wants to run for president, why not ignore the fact that he doesn't qualify because he wasn't born in the US and leave it to the voters to decide?

The u.s. constitution document is not a state document, it's a federal document, so why would the supreme court leave it up to the states to decide such a matter? These supreme court justices need to step up and have a pair of balls, and uphold the constitution in its original form and context.

Our Constitution should be upheld in it’s entirety… But keep in mind the hostile GQP SCOTUS faction and Trump’s advisors (Roger Stone, Steve Bannon, et al) frequently misinterpret the Constitution as they see fit… It’s time to put term limits on all Federal Courts, then begin impeachment proceedings against all corrupt SCOTUS Justices!! Our Forefathers weren’t blind to the likelihood of Corrupt Politicians… But they blindly assumed all SCOTUS Justices would only be gentlemen/women always committed to being sober, unbiased, and incorruptible!! They would be outraged and ashamed to see this Kangaroo Court!!

Trump hasn't been convicted of 'insurrection', therefore cannot be disqualified. I know Democrats want to stop him by any means necessary, but this isn't going to fall in their favor.

The problem with this whole "consistency" on various states having different findings and rules on elections is smoke screen BS on every level.
Here is why. Every state already has a patchwork of election laws and constitutions that is granted to them by the US constitution. Part of that whole "States Rights" definition and boundaries set forth in the constitution and it's amendments. So yes, absolutely one state can say 'this candidate, or that candidate' does not get to be on the ballot.
The issue is being framed as, does tRump get to be on the ballot or not. It should be, does the state retain the right to govern over who is on the ballot in their state, to include federal positions.
To change the ruling would mean the Supreme Court will have to fundamentally take away state's rights and completely reform all states election laws.
One example would be that each state currently has different requirements to have a candidate on the ballot for POTUS. From filing paperwork on time to the numbers of signatures needed. None are the same. How are the justices going to take away Colorado's ruling without addressing all the various states rules?
States have right to rule who is and who is not on their ballot, and the state supreme courts should be the final say on that.
Can other states file in their courts to have candidates taken off the ballot, yes, they always could. If it goes through their courts following that states laws that is what a 'law abiding' society does.

So if you can't vote for Trump in Colorado and it's that important to vote for Trump. Move to a different state. Many states have no residency requirements to vote for President. In Iowa…homeless people are considered residents of where they normally sleep.

The sadly amusing thing is, if they take the cowards' route and find for Trump they may be cutting their own throats. If Trump is elected, he will NOT abide by any federal court ruling, including SCOTUS, he disagrees with, thereby turning the federal judiciary into the impotent third branch of government.

Supreme court is filled with conservative partisan hacks. They stopped a legitimate recount in florida in bush v gore to prevent gore from being president, take bribes from parties that have business before the court, and they lied under oath about whether they would repeal roe vs wade.

Given that GOP can't even understand that Nikki Haley won the Nevada primary against "none of the above" 2024 Candidate on the Nov. Ballot…, people don't know CO COURT QUOTED the 14th Amendment, WHICH is part of the Law of the Land WITHIN the US Constitution.

And if scotus says CO court cannot use the law of the land, then Executive order to expand supreme court to 50 members on rotations and not for life.
